We visited Sweet Espresso Bar for the first time, and the place itself is beautiful with a great setup and atmosphere! However, the customer service was disappointing. The lady who served us didn’t seem welcoming when you’re serving people, a smile or friendly attitude really makes a difference, but she was quite rude and didn’t make the experience enjoyable at all. We ordered drinks and Shisha together, but unfortunately, none of them were good. My iced coffee was way too sweet, didn’t taste like coffee at all, and felt watered down. My partner’s drink was also bad.. The Shisha flavor was supposed to be watermelon and mint, but it didn’t taste like a mix at all the watermelon was too weak, and there was no mint flavor. I really wanted to love this place because the vibe is nice, but I hope they work on their customer service and product quality. It would make a huge difference.✌🏾

Have been here a few times. Dinner is meh - the meat sticks are very tough and hard to eat. Dessert is nice. Please wear gloves when making acai or fruit. If you scratch your head or touch the screen at your front counter please change those gloves. Service is ok. Otherwise great atmosphere.

The whole experience, to be honest was a nightmare. The owner was very rude n aggressive when we mentioned an error with our order that we received. When we ordered, we wanted an orange but received a grapefruit. Then the owner wanted to charge as extra for a pineapple but realistically we wanted an orange. But also when she came to the table, she uncapped the pipe from the shisha n proceeded to puffed on it herself to get it started when we were able to do it ourselves, she did this at least 3 times. To be honest not happy with the whole experience. I will certainly not be going back to this establishment again….

I had a really disappointing experience at Coffee Sweet Espresso Bar. The customer service was terrible. The owner was extremely rude and unprofessional—definitely not how you treat customers. I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. There are plenty of better coffee spots around with much friendlier staff .

Don’t waste your money. Worst shisha I’ve ever had—literally no flavor. Paid for something that wasn’t even close to what was advertised. The staff are rude, the service is trash, and the place is a dump. They don’t even deserve 1 star.

Worst experience ever. They messed up my order, tried to charge me extra to fix their mistake, and even snatched money from my hands. The owner was aggressive and rude. Drinks were trash, and the whole place is just tacky. Avoid at all costs

Spent our valentines evening here with my family. Waffles and sweets were delicious. Board games available to play and music playing sets a great atmosphere. We will be sure to visit again
