We got take away. It was ready on time as stated on the online ordering. We ordered 6 dishes which were delicious apart from the tofu. The tofu in our dishes was dry and tasted ordinary. The tofu seemed to be a bit old. Other than that, we thoroughly enjoyed our take away food and would recommend.

Bumped into this shop with expectation based on reviews. Service was OK, ordered the following
- yummy duck (way too sweet to my like, worse than vacuum pack Luv-a-Duck from supermarkets, trust me)
- Pad Thai & Pad see ew (again way too much sugar...)
- Thai fried rice (sensed wok hei but plain, average, no strong Thai authentic taste)

Overall very disappointed, definitely the worst Thai I have ever experienced in Australia in last 10 years (normally one can’t really go wrong with Thai…).

Really, owners and managers of the shop, too much sugar kills taste as well as lives.

This Thai place is hit or miss and has been for years, however its close by and convenient so we get it from time to time.
BUT the price just went up for my usual order from $41 to $59!

Read posts from others and wonder if they have ever actually been to Thailand. If they have, and as a Service member of the RAAF, it took me back 40vyears when I was seconded to Thailand.
BEST meal I have had in a long long time.

Just stick to your Schooner and Meat pie.

Ordered takeaway. Very disappointed. One of the worst Thai meals we have had. The red curry and chicken satay were way too salty, prawns over cooked, sweet n sour pork very average and not much pork, rice had chunks, flavours below average amount we got was small. Reviews looked good but in reality the food isn’t.

The food tastes absolutely amazing.
Thank you to a lovely female staff member who served me for a lunchtime take away order today.
I had a tickle in my throat and started to cough. The beautiful woman behind the counter immediately asked if I would like some water. She handed me a bottle of water from the fridge. Refused payment of the water when I offered.
Due to her kindness, when I visit Medowie and want take away. Jasmin Thai will be my first choice.
Fabulous food and caring, attentive staff.
