The most friendly and welcoming staff, great service and best chai lattes. The team there always put a smile on my face - always look forward to seeing them.

I have worked in North Sydney for over 6 years and have tried my fair share of cafes around here.

I come here every day now, but distinctly recall them remembering my usual take away order after only being there 2 times - Bonus points for that! Have noticed this many times with others, so you can tell they pay attention and care about their customers.

This place is awesome. Staff are so friendly, talk to me and my group every Wednesday. The food is great as well. I come here every week on Wednesday with my friends and we adore this place and have been coming for over 12 weeks straight. Definitely recommend!

First time trying yoghurt here. I usually have bad experiences from yoghurts on the other cafes . But here u can tell very nice and mixed berries are the best .

Service is nice and kind ,beautiful people in the kitchen too

I am today visited lumos ground espresso in North Sydney and was impressed by ray exceptional service. The coffee was perfectly brewed, with a rich flavor and impressive latte art. ray was not only efficient but also took the time to explain the different beans used, enhancing my overall experience. Guess what! This café in North Sydney is one of my top two favorites. The staff is friendly, and they serve good coffee. I’ve noticed that it’s more affordable than other cafés, and they also have plenty of seating available.

I had an overall good experience. The staff was very friendly and there coffee is exceptional good. The Chicken Wrap and the Sandwiches they make are so Delicious. Highly recommend this place!

Today at 10:05 AM, I went to buy coffee from this café. The lady taking my order was quite unfriendly. I ordered a total of 5 coffees, but due to some miscommunication, only 4 were prepared. When I mentioned that I had ordered 5, the cashier responded rudely, insisting that I had only ordered 4.
I calmly explained that there must have been a miscommunication and said I’d like to order one more coffee. In response, she said something in her own language and made an unpleasant facial expression. When I asked why she was reacting that way—especially when the mistake wasn’t mine—she didn’t apologize and continued to be rude.
Unfortunately, this isn’t the first time we’ve experienced this kind of behavior at this café. Some of the staff are consistently unfriendly and always seem to be in a rush, even when we’re ordering multiple coffees, which naturally takes time.
This kind of service early in the morning completely ruined my mood.
