Had a late breakfast with family. They were a little run off their feet but handled it well. Coffee was great to start. Three of our group had the brekky wrap and all commented on how good it was. I am celiac and had poached eggs on toast. These also were really good and the eggs were just how I like them. I haven't been glutened so I'm very happy. The omelette was very nice as was the big breakfast. Juices are freshly squeezed and again very tasty. Can certainly recommend to everyone.

I went to the health spot Cafe today. I got the omelette like I always get.
It's normally lovely, it normally comes out folded in half and beautifully cooked..
But today it was not folded in half and it was pretty burnt.. which was a shame.
This post was from 3 months ago... I just had to correct something... but its made it look like I ate there today...it was actually in July.

I hate to leave a bad review, but I was not overly pleased. I ordered a Turkish bread whatever it's called (which my friend was bluntly told was not a sandwich when she asked what was on it, it was "Turkish bread"), and when it arrived it was barely edible. The lettuce was extremely wilted, the bread was soggy, as was the tomato. I feel it would have been a good lunch, had it not been toasted. Toasting it destroyed the bread, lettuce, and tomato; I couldn't eat it at all. I was not given the option to not have it toasted, so had I been aware, I'd have asked for it to be kept fresh. The service was okay, but the lady serving seemed to be quite blunt and rushed, despite there being only one other customer. It was a tense lunch that was quite frankly inedible.
The carrot cake was good, however.

Staff was friendly, good service. I have been wanting to try this place for a while. Ordered smashed avo and a coffee. Toast was burnt, coffee was also burnt couldn't drink it at all. Paid around $23 which means my smashed avo was around $18, over priced for what I got. May try this again in the future due to other reviews I was just disappointed.
