Although this shop has been here for decades in one form or another it is currently under new management and is being re-established as an integral community asset!

This is an “old world” kind of corner store, with an expanding range of products. Products include milk and bread, lollies, cold drink, LPG barbie gas bottle refills, bags of firewood, magazines, hot chips, burgers and cigarettes. The list of products is ever expanding, with a slushy and a coffee machine coming in the near future! There is a handy post box just outside the shop.

Keep an eye open for the new signage as well.

This little takeaway in budgy is just like they used to be, service with a smile, generous serving sizes and great value.✅️
I haven't been to one on the coast that's this good.
They even have an amazing
Gluten free cake selection and ship all over the coast!
We will definitely be back again!

I have regularly ordered food from Budgewoi Corner Store over the past year but after this week would not return again.
Over the weekend rather than using menulog to order I thought I would order directly from their website. Unbeknownst to me, the store was not open at 3pm when I placed my order, however there is nothing on their website that makes users aware their order can’t be filled as they aren’t open. Yes, if you look hard enough you can find their opening times on a different section, but the website needs serious updating if it allows people to place orders and take their money when they aren’t even open.
The next day I waited until midday for the store to contact me, when they didn’t I called up and they informed me that money would be refunded within a day, as of right now this still has not hit my account.

Today I went to pick up an order, and placed a phone order for one snack pack and two scallops. When I turned up the woman placed down two snack packs and began arguing with me this is what I had ordered. Miscommunication particularly over the phone I can understand, but what I won’t accept is the horrendous attitude and huffing and puffing the woman began to give me when it was made clear I wouldn’t be paying for two of them and I wasn’t interested in having the second one. If I could give today’s service 0 stars trust me I would. The lady there needs to take a long hard look at herself and determine whether customer service is truly the industry she should be in, because she has cost the store a fairly regular customer, I won’t be back.

To make things worse, as others have mentioned in recent reviews which the store has not addressed, they do not wear gloves or hairnets when preparing food, and when I got home to eat my food there was a significantly long hair in my meal.

Wouldn’t recommend this store to anyone anymore based off hygienic and attitude issues this store clearly has, which is a shame because I have often enjoyed it in the past and regularly recommended them to people

Hands down the best burgers on the Central Coast. I highly recommend the Hawaiian Chicken burger. The burgers are huge and extremely filling. The ratios of chicken, salad and sauce are perfect leading to an amazing tasting burger.

The workers are always extremely polite and accommodating. I usually order on menulog and have the food delivered. The food always arrives fresh and hot.

My dog always barks when the lady delivers my food. Tonight I unpacked my food and there was a little extra bag with the name "Molly" written on it. Molly being the name of my dog. I opened it up and there was a dog treat in there. Molly really appreciated it!! 😂🙏❤️

I cannot recommend these guys enough. Thank you guys!! 🙏❤️

Cannot explain how big these burgers are.

Definitely not 5 star fancy but always super fresh and tasty.

Great value for money.

The loaded wedges are also amazing with no shortage of toppings.

Didn't feel like cooking as had a tooth pulled but still have to feed the kids so ordered the kids chicken nuggets and chips for dinner to be delivered. My 2 and 3 year old were so happy to see Dino nuggets made there night, thank you and food was still hot and fresh when delivered to the door very happy will definitely order again thank you

Bought the Hawaiian burger and hot chips with cheese and gravy... Burger was pretty good, only losing a star because the gravy is very watery and flavourless.
