From the moment you walk through the doors of The Epping Club, you feel a sense of elegance, warmth, and genuine hospitality. Whether you're there for a casual meal, a special celebration, or a community event — the team go above and beyond to make the experience memorable.
The venue is spotless, modern, and beautifully designed with something for everyone — from stylish lounges and dining areas to event spaces that look straight out of a magazine. The food is consistently fresh, delicious, and beautifully presented (the seafood and desserts are a personal favourite!).
Staff are incredibly friendly and professional — they remember faces, treat you with respect, and genuinely care about your experience.
We’ve been to weddings, birthday functions, and quiet dinners here, and each time has been seamless and enjoyable.
Highly recommend The Epping Club to anyone looking for exceptional service, classy atmosphere, and an all-round 5-star experience in the heart of the north-west!

This club is small compared to other clubs, and parking is only available to members and not even for guests invited by members. The food at the Sports Bar was disappointing though the prices were not expensive. The coffee was fine, but the cakes were likely left over stuff. The restaurant is under renovation and food choice is limited at the moment.

Good place for all occasions! Recently attended for traditional marriage ceremony and lacked few details in appearance. The Ceremonial stage was good but could have been better with a few more features, such as a little speaker podium stand, things like a stationary resource hub containing pens, sticky tape, and staplers can go a long way. I know, it costs money but would be next to none, compared to the cost we pay for the venue, altogether!
On-site parking has no guidance set up to avoid any possible chaos. Normally, it is fine but with little driveway space and with boom gate restrictions, guidance becomes crucial!
Food was not any better than average and we had a better expectation than that.

This was our first time at the Literacy Lunch, and it was awesome! The Epping Club did a great job putting it together. We loved hearing the author talk about their book and their writing process. It was really cool to learn about that. Plus, the food was amazing! The chefs and staff at the Epping Club are top-notch. Thanks for a great afternoon!

We have been to the Club several times for meals but this is the 1st time we attended a private function in an upstairs room. The amenities provided were 1st rate and included microphones an AV equipment. All of the supplied items worked perfectly and staff in attendance were efficient, polite and very helpful. The function was catered and the fare supplied was excellent and plentiful for the number of attendees. If anyone is considering having a private function in or around Epping, I would recommend they investigate what the Epping Club can offer.

We recently had our Wedding reception at the Epping Club and cannot recommend it more highly! Adriana and Isabella were incredible throughout the planning process, assisting with all our questions and providing advice and ideas. On the night, Julio and Chad were so attentive, helping us with anything we could possibly need.

It was wonderful to attend another Australia's Biggest Morning Tea in the Grand Ballroom at The Epping Club. From the easy booking process, the club's staff, the colourful decorations, bottomless cups of tea and coffee, delicious warm scones with jam and cream to the raffle prizes, it was a delightful morning out with a large group of friends.

Special guest speaker, Wendy Harmer, didn't disappoint with her hilarious anecdotes. We heard only a small part of this versatile entertainer’s extraordinary life and career.

Since this event was a fund raiser for the Cancer Council, it was appropriate for today’s host, Sharron, to share her harrowing journey with cancer, and with such a positive outlook. I hope many dug deep to help raise vital funds for all Australians affected by cancer through support, research and prevention programs.
