We had the best time setting up our soft play at Lavender Green for a corporate family day out event!

The space was beautiful, and the staff from were so helpful! Big shoutout to Celine - she was so helpful and made sure everything ran smoothly!

Highly recommend this venue for parties and special events! We'd love to be back to set up more in future for family day events, or little ones birthday parties!

We had our wedding in the Palais room of Luna Park & it was AMAZING! 😍 Teagan was our event manager & she was so amazing during the lead up & on the day of the wedding, it all went so smoothly 💖
All the guests were so impressed with the venue, the food & the staff, as were we!! Such a fun venue for a wedding & we are so glad we picked Luna Park for our special day 🥰

Attended a friend's wedding here and was impressed. It's a very unique location and has gorgeous views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge. My friend had her wedding during Vivid and the lights at night made it even more spectacular.

We also really enjoyed the food, it was much better than the standard event / wedding catering you get. It was tasty and beautifully plated. Kudos to the catering and service teams.

What a fun day! Loved the all day entertainment, alfresco dining options, rides and the super attentive staff!

We appreciate staff telling other patrons smoking/vaping areas location is elsewhere and not in the main public spaces.

I had the pleasure of using the Palais venue for my wedding day. Celine & Samantha assisted me throughout the finalization process & ensured communication throughout. Celine was amazing and helped us till the very last minute on our wedding day. We were lucky to have Isabella taking care of our bridal table. The set up was spacious and the food was delicious. We are still receiving compliments on the venue, food & wine selection. It was stunning & we loved every minute of it. Thank you Celine! We were seriously blessed to have you help us with our wedding day. Highly recommend!

Such a terrible experience. Travelled more than 2 hours for our last day of school holidays activity. We purchased tickets to the dreamland circus. We were so excited to eat the food they had been advertising. When we arrived they said they had run out of stock. Of everything. Literally everything they had on the menu. They didn’t let anyone who purchased ticket know via email or call. When trying to order the foods the ladies would laugh each time we said something that wasn’t available. The menu stayed on the table allowing each customer to go through the same thing. They told us it’s due to us coming on a Sunday so everything ran out. I’m sorry but if you are advertising a product and you do not have it you need to give some sort of reimbursement or let them know of the unfortunate circumstance. So for anyone wanting to actually utilise Luna park you’ll need to go on a Monday when they have stock. Mind you no discounts or vouchers were given to make up for the bad service. Not happy. I was also exiting the show to use the bathroom and one of the attendants slammed the door in my face as he didn’t even look before he shut the door. Definitely will be spreading this info to let people know it’s not worth their time.

Attended a friends wedding yesterday and the function was just ridiculous. My friends tried to create their dream wedding and paid a lot of money to have it at Luna Park only to have issue after issue, the bride was so upset, honestly who upsets a bride on her wedding day, the staff were rude when the bridal party was trying to take pictures on the rides that they had chosen and paid for in their wedding package contract so they could get to the reception on time, no one helped, despite requests from the bride for them to assist, someone even pinched her wedding bouquet which had custom made pictures of her loved ones on it who had passed away so they could be there in spirit, seriously disgusting- who does that!
Luna Park changed things last minute, but did not offer any refund or compensation. The food was disgusting. They did not listen to the brides instructions and cut her wedding cake wrong and the poor couple got basically no wedding pictures that they forked out an arm and a leg for so what was the point. And all they kept saying was we understand, we understand, we understand, but nobody would do anything to help her and the bride was in tears to top it all off the function finished 2 hours early due to members of the public abusing wedding guests, security did nothing to help, should have kicked out the public not ruined the wedding.
Definitely would not recommend having a wedding function at Luna Park unless you want a lot of disappointment.
And as far as the event coordinator/manager, whatever she was, Amy….. Well she was useless not supportive to the bride or groom and when complaints were made all she would say was I understand, but do nothing to assist, I hope they get taken to court and have to refund the wedding fees to my friend because this was literally disgusting and very sad to see that this is how people get treated on their wedding day despite paying a lot of money to Luna Park to hold the function there.
Not to mention family that travelled from all over to attend and paid out so much money for flights, accommodation etc etc to be part of it all disappointed for the bride and groom.
If you thinking of getting married at Luna Park, I would strongly NOT recommend it.

Venue is great however service was poor. Difficult people to work with when booking. Our company spent $80,000 for an awards night. We had half hour until our ferry arrived however they tipped the remaining already-poured champagne down the sink and the staff were rude to us until we left. Would not recommend it to anyone. One would think the money we spent and the business we gave after Covid would be appreciated.
