Great experience. The hot pool was like a spa think they said it was around 40 degrees. Good to just sit in and relax. Lots of people but was big enough for everyone. The bigger pool they said was always between 28-32 degrees and was perfect for doing some short laps. Much less people in this one. The pools themselves are worth the visit for $8 but the amazing staff made it even better. The lad at the front counter was very friendly and welcoming and explained how it all worked. Then the 2 life guards at the bigger pool had the music pumping and were dancing along to the cheers of the ladies in the pool, what a vibe!

This is our second trip to Moree Artesian Aquatic Centre coming from Western Sydney & we absolutely love it! Such a great set up for everyone to enjoy the health benefits of the artesian water.
The water is amazing & all the staff are great. Although a special mention must go to Danielle the Life Guard who is friendly, very approachable, kind & caring. A credit to all Management & staff for an outstanding public health facility, however Danielle & Mr Day are notably an asset to the place. We will definitely be returning every year!

The famous Moree Hot Mineral Baths originated in 1895 when the bath's mercurial waters were accidentally discovered. While searching for a reliable source of irrigation water, a bore was sunk into the Great Artesian Basin. Amazingly, this bore derived hot mineral waters, heated naturally at 41 degrees Celsius.
This is why we travel from Brisbane to experience this & love the setup. Their facility setup is excellent for everyone to relax.

If you’re looking for somewhere to relax, this is the place. There are three pools here each of varying temperatures to allow you to get your hot steamy water fix. Water gets in each pool and also a kiddies pool which was unfortunately not open at the time we visited. Lifeguards in attendance, and generally goodwill across all visitors.

Anyhoo.. extremely pleasant experience. Well worth going out of your way to visit. Comprehensive facilities,sauna, icy plunge bath, Artesian thermal pools,Gym,snacks,wellness options,water slide.etc.

I could stay here for quite a while.
I stayed at motel about 50m away, better to do that than stay at a motel with their own pool. That's my opinion anyway.

Had an amazing second trip to Moree! Watching the sunrise while soaking in the artesian hot spring pool every chilly morning before work was just magical.

Helpful and friendly staff. Facilities are clean. If in Moree, this is a must do on your list. It has a kids water play area, a large slide (extra $4 per person unlimited times), an Olympic sized pool, 30 degrees warm water pool and two 45 degrees hot spring water pools. In the 45 degrees pools it's best not to remain in the water for more than 15 mins to avoid dehydration.

The entrance has a shop for all swimming needs and a cafe.

There are benches around the pools and also lawn on one side giving ample space for a picnic too.

We stayed there for 3 hours and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Highly recommend it.

Great facility to enjoy thermal water. With planned laps pool currently under construction, there would be even more reasons to visit. Nice VIP area with the sauna, however it it a bit small comparing to eqvivalent thermal waters facilities in Europe. Given much lower patronage it is quite adequate. It would be nice though to have few more saunas and perhaps an infrared cabin in the vip area.
