The service was good but the food needs some serious attention! After we placed the order we waited about 35 mins for it to come to the table. It was not a busy night. I had the steak, you could tell it sat under heat lamps for a while as the mash had formed a crust, the peas were dry and the steak was lukewarm at best. I’ve eaten here before and it’s generally quite nice. I won’t be back in a hurry…

We went for my birthday and was a lovely ambience to the dining room very pleasant place had booths too. The menu was fairly good and reasonable … the lambs fry and liver was huge and hubby really enjoyed the lamb shank
The child’s cheeseburger was huge …

This review is for the bar area and staff only. I cannot comment on food though it looked very good.
Awesome happy service from felicity
Up for a conversation and genuinely interested.
Very clean fresh bar area with a great feel.
Though l didn’t eat here and only had beers, the menu looked great.
It was a great 2hrs relaxing here and winning on the horses alongside some well priced cold beers.

We had lunch here. Great food. Large menu with the usual pub food and some special choices. Served quickly. Good portions. I would go back if ever in the area again.

It seemed like the staff kept looking at their watch, as if to rush us along. I would not order the 200g eye fillet again, was over cooked and tough, so tiny and def not worth the $44.00. The salad was ok and crispy chips. Share Table entree’s need little dishes for each person so not to have only their fingers to rely on, like chicken wings etc. just my opinion, not very accomodating as far as seating, when asked for a more comfy chair for a family member, they were denied, then they opened the room where there were numerous comfy chairs that could have been offered … customer service is everything

Had dinner here tonight at table 11. 3 meals ordered, the Ribs n Wings ordered came out well after the other 2 meals.

The ribs had bone splinters all through. The wings were not cooked properly with uncooked meat and blood present. The corn cobs were stone cold.

I told the girl clearing the table who supposedly told the chef?

I love this pub so much the beer is always cold and amazing. The staff are also the best in town and always friendly and have great service. Perfect for after work beers all the way to a function. ( there are no rooms available that’s why I have giving 1 star)

Husband & I were travelling through Goodiwindi & decided on a pub meal. Checked out all the hotels & decided The Victoria Hotel had the best menu & better ambience than the others.So pleased we did. What a winner with great food, good prices & an overall feeling of being in a nicer environment.
