Such a fantastic Motel, once again much like the restaurant next door that I left a review for, the motel also surprised me with its clean and modern rooms.

As a very frequent traveller who also visits a lot of remote and rural locations, it is always a nice surprise to see a great place when you least expect it.

Usually on a hot day you walk into a Motel room dreading how hot it is going to be, however the motel had turned on the air con ahead of my arrival so I walked into a pleasently cool room after a long drive.

In my experience a lot of rural motels would have their pools out of order and lacking outdoor seating facilities, this was definately not the case here. Plenty of outdoor seating, pool in working order (and clean from what I could see).

Overall the facility is clean on the outside and inside. Plenty of parking. The team who served me were very friendly yet professional. The place appears to comfortably cater to both work or family travellers.

The internet speed was not the greatest but more than sufficient for me to catch up on work emails and online documents.

The room was beautiful, with modern bedroom. Its clean, new and comfortable. Stayed on a Tuesday night, it was quiet and I had a good night sleep. Great value for money would highly recommend.
As a bonus, our flight to Moree was delayed by 3.5hr (due to weather), didn't arrive at the motel until 11:10pm. But the receptionist waited for us and received is at the reception. Thank you.

The only thing that lets the place down a little is the older style hair dryers.
Otherwise a nice place to relax.

Everything from reception to the quality of the room was beyond expectations. The room was bright and cheerful and as far as cleanliness goes, I cannot remember a cleaner and fresher smelling motel room. The wifi and TV unit was easy to use and very up to date. The bed was comfortable.|All in all we highly recommend this motel and if the opportunity arises would definitely stay here again.

The was the fourth time we have stayed at this motel in Moree and have been really pleased with its standards and staff. ||However, whilst it is still clean, well equipped and comfortable with a great king bed and large TV, we found the maintenance standard had really slipped, at least in our room No 20. Shelving missing off the refrigerator door, a bathroom door that didn’t close properly and needed shaving and no plug for the basin.||The bathroom door is a natural result of building movement. I understand that. However, when we mentioned these to the owner/manager he seemed totally unaware of these things or that our basin was an old fashioned one that still needed a separate plug. Unfortunately because we have stayed there so often and this one of the more expensive motels in Moree, we did not do our usual inspection before accepting the room. Lesson learned!! |
To top it off we hardly got any sleep because of a very noisy outside air conditioning unit on the neighbouring room and our own air conditioner inexplicably turning itself on automatically, again very noisily at 2.30 in the morning. When we asked to move rooms the unhelpful take-it o- leave-it attitude of the owner decided us to cut our financial losses and check out rather than face another night.

This motel ticks all the boxes. We have beautiful, spacious bedroom and leaving room, nice little kitchen and modern bathroom. Its clean with new and comfortable furnishings, very well maintained, homely and has good lighting throughout the whole
apartment. Plenty paking space as well. I would highly recommend this motel to anyone. Huge congratulations to the owners. Well done guys 👏

Very bad service. We suppose to check out at 10 am but they pull all out stuff at 9:15.

I was stranded in Moree for the night. A wonderful local lady helped me contact the motel. Even though it was late, the staff welcomed me and provided me with a great room.
The room was very comfortable, clean and fresh, and quiet (even one street back from the Newell Highway. Highly recommend.
