I'd give this budget Highway motel a five star rating. The room is clean. Well appointed. Sufficiently comfortable bed. A very clean if pokey bathroom with good water pressure. The car has undercover parking. Don't expect anything flash but certainly for a budget hotel this is a good stay for those travelling through.

I had a very disappointing experience with your customer service while trying to book a room. I received a message that read:
"Hi. You want to make booking and when we asked for credit card number, why you put down the phone? Booking is not for fun, please."

This message was not only unprofessional but also incredibly rude. I had informed the person I would call back shortly with my card details, yet I was met with this tone. The representative I spoke with was also quite rude on the phone.

Based on this experience, I have no intention of booking with you again. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address how customers are being treated.

Am absolutely disgusted in the service and the rooms.
We had a dog on the back of the ute that we had already planned alternative accommodation for. The owner came out and abused us saying they weren't pet friendly and that we need to give him $400 for his specialist appointments for having a dog on his premises. We explained the dog was not going into the rooms at all. We then left reception area as he slammed the door to his residence and went to our room. Upon entry, the windows were wide open ( we arrived at 630pm on a 1° night ). The toilet doesnt flush without the button being held down for a minute, the dust on the window sill is absolutely disgusting, as is the microwave, dust on the power points and dont even get me started on the carpet. It is stained severely, and doesnt seem to have been vaccuumed in quite some time. The electric blankets have exposed wires.
My allergies flared up and have made my holiday quite miserable. For the 127$ we paid for the room I am extremely disappointed considering the other rooms we have stayed in around the same price. Ive never felt so dirty in a room.

We needed a very last minute stay luckily got a room here. Clean little room, very quiet during the night and I personally had a wonderful sleep. Lovely service.

This was the cheapest motel in Glen Innes online. It was spotlessly clean, comfy with appropriate bedding for both warm and cold days. The reverse cycle air conditioning cooled the room down when necessary and heated it up at night perfectly. A toaster, microwave, kettle and tea and coffee options were supplied. Two cups and two glasses were also supplied. (If you cook inhouse - maybe bring cutlery and a plate if you need it. The shower had a rainhead and there was plenty of hot water. Management is there out of hours if you need them - just ring the number. Management was lovely - very friendly and extremely helpful. The room had signs of wear but this was totally outweighed by the standard of the bedding, the appliances and the cleanliness. I would definitely stay here again.

Nice little motel, decent size rooms and a proper fridge, toaster, jug and microwave, with table and chairs and a coffee table and chairs.
Bed was good and the unit was very clean.
The host is friendly and helpful, all in all a worthy place to stay and great pricing as well.

The motel room was very clean and well equipped. Bed quite comfy too. It’s my first motel stay and I was impressed. It has everything you’d need. Towels, shampoo, soap, hair dryer, microwave, fridge, tea and coffee facilities. Big TV, air con, electric blanket. Table to sit and eat, comfy chairs for sitting in. Short trip into town. I couldn’t find cutlery except for spoons but I think that might be a blip. Window overlooking fields.
