Was very disappointed. Left one star cause it wont allow me to leave none..We were given the room near the office . It was tiny . Noisy from the footsteps of people walking upstairs and it felt like we were sitting in the street. The door opened onto street and there was no privacy could not leave door open for air flow as we were exposed to the public and everyone could see inside. It was the worst place I stayed and to top it off we left a day early . And they refused to refund us. . Even after complaining that we were not given the room I booked as the pictures do not show this exposure of the room . I was told they're decorated differently which was not my concern. At least they could offer a night refund as we never stayed the 3 days we booked ..to top.it off i rang and spoke to some man who said he was the nights man. he was rude and condescending and left a note for stadd to not refund us. It was a terrible experience. I do not recommend you pay in advance for this place. big mistake

We have just arrived in our studio room and all I can say is WOW ! This place is just lovely compared to any of the motels on the main strip . I will never stay anywhere else , very impressed and happy ! Reasonable prices in comparison with anything in Glen Innes . Can’t go wrong staying here !

What an amazing place! This family room has shocked us all! With the beautiful high ceilings and everything we could ever need plus more!! Amazing service and a beautiful location! We will certainly be back next time we visit Glen Innes!

Very nice big bed upstairs spa bath just need to pack your slippers as the tiles are cold in the winter but is a great place. Very close to all the pubs and clubs in town

What an amazing find and last minute was a saviour the host was amazing and a nice surprise upgrade, this place is awesome, we loved every bit of it, what a treat to walk in to the heat going so cozy and charming place to land for the night, highly recommend this to anyone, a great experience and host, thankyou, would definitely stay here again

I was there during very cold weather and it was difficult to get warm. No hotplate to cook and some of the TV channels don't work. Adequate for a short business stay.
