Stayed here for 3 nights. Yes the rooms are a bit dated but ours was very clean and a nice sized fridge. Beds were comfortable and the electric blanket was a nice surprise. Yes like others have said grounds needed some work but it's the room you sleep in not the grounds. My family and I would stay again

Do not stay here
The room was terrible. We walked in and walked back out straight away and got a refund. Very rough and unkept. If this was the only place in town I'd keep on going to the next town. I'd rather sleep in my car.

My partner works away alot for work, this motel did not uphold any standards no hot water on a 2 degree night.
Beds uncomfortable

I get you get what you pay for on a budget but you should atleast be able to have a hot shower in winter.

Highly recommended, Great customer service, very friendly and helpful! rooms clean, comfortable beds, plenty of parking, ac/heating works great! Walking distance to local pizza shop, fuel station and town centre

The receptionist was very kind and helpful and an extra star for the cute black lab at the reception.
Unfortunately the place needs a bit of love in the rooms:
The carpet was filthy (wouldn’t walk barefoot), the bed sheets smelled like humid, the electric kettle was filthy (as if someone boiled food inside) so couldn’t have a hot drink during the stay.
The location is comfy if you need something to stop overnight during a roadtrip.
Wifi worked good and also Tv, but it felt expensive for what you get.

Book a room 2 weeks in advance. Get a call the day before to confirm of which i confirmed. Get a call 2 hours prior to check in saying they over booked and they kindly found me another mot at $50 more than I booked at this dive.
To say this place is 3 stars is a joke. In my opinion it is rated 4 to high. It's a -1 star for me.
Do yourself a favour and book elsewhere.

I arrived in town without a booking, but after a quick call to Summit the lovely Manager, and just like the last 2 Stays in Glen Innes, I was provided with a nice clean comfortable and inexpensive room for the next 4 days, then offered another 2 rooms when I needed to stay longer.

Rooms are dated but have everything you need. Microwave, toaster, electric blankets. Service was excellent and bonus, the reverse cycle air con. was set to come on before I got up. Water was hot, hot but shower head needed replacing. Good for an overnight stay
