Staff were lovely. Great location and pet friendly. Only thing I could fault was an issue with the bathroom having mould throughout the tile grout. Not a major issue but none the less I use my shower daily at home and no mould so a hotel should have clean bathrooms if cleaned properly.

Absolutely Disgusting – Do NOT Stay Here!

This was by far the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was hit with a horrible smell and layers of dust everywhere – it felt like the room hadn’t been cleaned in years. The pillows were old, lumpy, and clearly unchanged for ages. The carpets were filthy, stained, and full of hair, and the blanket smelled like it hadn’t been washed in a decade. Absolutely revolting.

The toilet space was so tiny it was practically unusable. To make things worse, the reception staff were shockingly rude and completely unhelpful – zero professionalism or courtesy.

I had booked for 4 nights but couldn’t take it beyond 2. I left early, feeling disgusted and frustrated. Paying $127 per night for this nightmare is a complete rip-off. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my worst enemy. This hotel is cheap for a reason – avoid it at all costs!

Rooms are clean and tidy but slightly dated and the bathroom is very weird, step up into it and it's tiny but functional. Staff were accommodating with our room request and we dined in the restaurant. Food was nice not to expensive.

A warm welcome. Clean room, comfy bed and a lovely shower. A bonus was the on site bar & cafe and the shuttle bus from the airport. All round excellent service. Reasonably priced as well. Thank you for a restful stay after a long journey. A special shout out reception staff who were so helpful.

I've had a bad experience here. It's definitely a rougher hotel, and there were obnoxious people outside regularly when entering/exiting, and the smell of cigarettes. The front desk people were nice. The hotel itself is very dirty, with much random garbage in the halls. The rooms, although neatly presented, have stains on everything and no noise insulation to people in the halls making it hard to get an early night sleep (or any sleep at all). The reception was kind enough to move me to the end of the room, and although much better, still noisy. The restaurant food is expensive for what it is, after trying both dinner and breakfast, I've decided it is better to walk elsewhere. (Which is probably quicker than waiting in line for here) Overall, I wouldn't recommend this for anyone but those who want a cheaper option and just need a place to rest.

Great place to stay for cheap, decently close to the airport. Reception staff were very kind and helpful. Clean rooms. Beds and pillows were kinda uncomfortable but great for the cheap price.

So yes it is a budget hotel BUT beware there are better alternatives! Firstly they advertise a shuttle but only when you dig deep you find it’s a commercial operator not the hotels shuttle. If there is more than one of you it’s cheaper and quicker to either walk or get an Uber. Only one of the 2 elevators is working so you wait forever. Went into the bar for a drink and there was a 20 minute queue while other employees were standing around watching. And last but not least our bathroom STINKS.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The first room we were given was extremely tiny. They only provided one small shampoo bottle and a poor-quality body wash — no other amenities or cutlery at all. The air conditioning was not working properly either.

The staff were shockingly unprofessional and rude. We were even verbally abused by some of them, especially a lady manager wearing glasses and another staff member named Lin — both were incredibly disrespectful and had no basic communication skills.

The hotel room itself was dirty, full of mosquitoes, and had a terrible smell both in the room and in the bathroom. It was honestly disgusting.

I will never come back here and I strongly do not recommend this place to anyone. It was a huge disappointment.
