We just needed it for a place to sleep after a night on the town in the area and it served this purpose nicely. There was some noise but didn’t hear the planes or anything as bad as others may have said. For the price the amenities and quality of everything seemed right compared to the other options around. It was handy that paid parking available too. I would probably stay here again if we needed somewhere to rest after a night out.

Had to find a last minute stay as the last hotel got hygiene issues.
Called up a few places at 11pm and couldn't find any except from this accommodation.
The receptionist was very nice and accommodating, even let us use the laundry powder for free! (They have both coin washer and dryer, which is very handy)
She's a life saviour and let us had a good sleep before another few days ahead!

Dirty Mouldy Bathroom /Stained Doona /Out of date long life milk. Signs warning about antiquated bathroom ceiling fan setting of alarm and your massive $$$ liability to the fire dep't it does.. Stayed here because prior booked accom fell through.This was in walking distance of where we needed to be and we were able to minimise our time in the room. Stay here if DESPERATE

Woman behind the desk was beyond rude. Rooms have many ridiculous signs about how you will be charged $1700 if your hairspray happens to set off the ridiculously sensitive fire alarms, or forget to turn off their faulty fan. They should fix their shit equipment and train the receptionist in customer service if they want to deliver value for money.

Filthy, asked to clean mould out of the bathroom, after he did it didn’t look much different the widows were disgusting, towels were paper thin nothing good to say about this place
I do not mind staying in old but filth is a different matter
Bought our coffee tea toilet paper and when i said something they told me i could leave and get the rest of my money back

He has respond that he cleaned and couldn’t find any mould I have photos also what about the cockroach I also have pics of
As well and yes we did stay cause we are from Perth and had no where else to go
I have read all your reviews and the bad ones you make out it is the persons fault also you were very rude
We all cannot be wrong about the cleanliness of this place it’s filthy

For budget accommodation you know you’re not staying In the Ritz however you do expect clean…
Bathroom was Filthy, bath mat had footprints on it from last few guests(you could see the dirty footprints), there was dirt & grime in the microwave, in the room basically everywhere .
The whole place stunk like I have no clue. And
I do have the pics ….

Absolutely loved this place , clean , great view of the city ( as the name states ) , clean and comfortable . It is in the flight path for the airport so be warned , didn't bother me though but it might for a light sleeper. I will definitely be a return customer here ! Restaurants, Coles and many more within a 2 to 3 min walk. ( parking is an extra $11 a night )
The management were lovely upon check in. Couldn't really ask for more. Definitely bang for your buck here !

I think they're guilty of false advertising. The sign says budget accommodation, yet the cheapest single room is $600 per week! That is not affordable for people on low budgets!
