I stayed here for one night, and while the room itself had potential, the number of issues made for a frustrating and uncomfortable stay.

The bathroom had mould, which immediately gave the place a dirty feel. The balcony door wouldn’t lock, leaving me feeling unsafe, even on the third floor. To make matters worse, there was a locked adjoining door leading to another room, and I kept expecting it to open during the night—definitely not a relaxing experience.

The toilet was loose and felt like it would tip over if you moved too much, which is something I never thought I’d have to worry about in a hotel. There was a punch mark in one of the doors, adding to the general neglect.

Technology-wise, the TV was ancient with no digital channels, and the air conditioning unit was falling apart and took forever to actually start working. On top of that, I noticed small roaches, which is never a good sign. Cracked tiles here and there just reinforced the sense that maintenance is not a priority at this hotel.

It’s frustrating because the room itself was actually quite nice and could have been great with a little care. But with all these issues, I barely slept and definitely didn’t feel like I got my money’s worth at $170 for the night.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

DO NOT LIVE IN THIS PLACE‼️‼️Racist‼️ I have never stayed in a hotel that expects customers to clean up before leaving.‼️We are here to spend money, not to work as cleaners.‼️The owner is clearly discriminating against Asians‼️discussing customers with the staff, and even insulting people‼️This place is not a hotel at all! It's more like a motel, and the stay was extremely uncomfortable. The mattress kept sliding around, and the blanket on it had a strange smell. If you don't ask them to clean, they won't do it. The owner, named Zeina, was incredibly impolite and rude, not only shouted at me but also made racist remarks, which was completely unacceptable! The level of disrespect and discrimination I faced here is beyond belief! She communicated with customers while smoking and looking at you sideways. She even scolded customers for booking online. If you don't want people to book online, then don't list your property online! It's so hypocritical—wanting both the convenience and the control.!I repeatedly saw cockroaches in the restaurant, which was absolutely disgusting. Even the microwave had cockroaches inside when opened. It’s horrifying to think that the food served to customers might have been contaminated with cockroaches—just the thought of it makes me want to vomit. This place is a complete health hazard and should be shut down immediately. Avoid at all costs unless you want to risk your health and sanity!Terrible experience overall! Save yourself the trouble and avoid this hotel at all costs!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay. The room is a bit dated but otherwise everything was clean and ready when we arrived. The lady at reception was very friendly and were able to check in a couple hours early which was great, and also check out at 11am which gave us a little extra time. There's a washing machine and dryer on site $3 for wash and $2 for dryer. Location is great as Burwood markets, train station and Westfield is just down the road.

We booked in a family room for 5 days but we needed to get there one day earlier due to some unavoidable circumstances. We reached out to them and Natasha who was in the reception was extremely welcoming, helpful and she tried all her best to accomodate us and got us a room promptly. If not we would have been in great trouble that day. The rooms are clean and tidy, great location and very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend.

Great location very convenient when staying in Sydney. Staff couldn't have been more helpful and friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable though rather small large double means queen bed, small double is also queen bed.

What a great place to stay!
24 hr reception so arriving after 10pm (tired) we didn't have to figure out a rubix puzzle to get the key for our room.
The room was clean and had everything we needed. Beds comfy and it was quiet!!
Parking was easy to get too and was free, and the cafe on site gave us one of the best breakfasts we have had in a long time. Cost was excellent and considering the amenities! The staff were polite and helpful. There were clean and tidy courtyard spots to sit outside in the warmer months..
Great place to stay and we will definitely be back..!!!

This was our first stay at The Comfort Inn & Suites Burwood and we were certainly not disappointed! The room was immaculate and beautifully decorated, the bed was blissfully comfortable! The service was excellent and the location was perfect! And the underground parking was a plus!
