Great location beside Airport, Krispy Crème, other fast food places. Friendly staff, rooms clean. Should offer free water in rooms. All hotels should. Down fall, got woken by evacuation alarm as some muppet didn’t pay attention to sign showering & steam let smoke alarm off. Not nice once you’re already asleep. Took hours to get back to sleep for 1.5hrs before getting up for flight….So not the best experience unfortunately! For an Uber to terminal it’s $50…. But we paid $12 for a shuttle bus, leaves 5am sharp… book & pay night before via reception desk! Great price for location. Has a laundry as well as lounge area / dining tables for guests. No food service there but plenty around area.

We had an overnight stay arriving early evening, there was a short walk to the hotel from the airport. It did rain so some of the time we were getting wet but no big issue. Check in was easy. On entry to the room it was a bit of a shock at the space as it was very very small and appeared to be quite grubby. However, on closer inspection it was clean, just in need of a repaint. The bed and pillows were comfortable and clean. The blockout blind worked well. The bathroom was very small with the handbasin in shower. We arent big people so the compact space was fine for one night. It served its purpose and was well priced. Would use the hotel again.

Adequate room and bathroom size. Everything was super clean. Decent space to move around, clean well made bed, fridge was working properly and shower’s hot water pressure was good too.

Was quite sceptical while booking it reading the reviews but we did not have a single complaint.

We stayed a little longer than the checkout time and the charges for the same were very nominal.
Staff at the reception is very helpful and friendly.

There are a few eateries too in walking distance.

Clean room and bedding. Small tea and coffee making. Laundry services. Vending machines with soft drink and chips. The grab and go bar was just a few protein shakes.|My room had 2 comfy queen beds in it. It would be very tight to have more than 2 people per room. |Good TV with hdmi and usb port access. Tiny bathroom with good shower and hand basin in the end of the shower. The bathroom is the size of a corner cupboard. |Next door to Krispy Kreme, KFC and 24/7 McDonald's. Meals are offered at the Mantra hotel next door. ||Stressful checkout. No one at reception for 10 minutes to buy ticket for shuttle. Would have been better to be able to buy a shuttle ticket at check in. No bell at the desk so I tried to call them and it just goes round in a message circle. As mentioned on other reviews even email communication is poor. |Shuttle ticket was $12

Convenient lock if you're flying... But there's no other reason I'd stay here. The beds were comfy enough... The room was cosy for our family of 4. You get what you pay for! Very basic bathroom, no face washer supplied for instance. All in one shower gel/shampoo. The whole shower/bathroom floor gets wet when you use the shower. The service was fast and straightforward. Again no problem with it, but I would never stay here unless I'm going to the airport.👌

Inexpensive hotel that is good for a nights stay before a flight. Basic but clean and comfortable. Communal area for sitting and eating take away which was clean and useful. The lady who checked us in was a bit abrupt. We booked a twin and a double room. Keys got mixed up when handed to us as two twins. When we queried it, we were told correctly there were two different rooms. We said, sorry, you said twins for both and she responded with a haughty “no I didn’t “. Not a biggy I suppose but thought it a bit unprofessional.

Many things were below standard, even for a budget hotel ie window shade did not work so the room stayed bright all night, TV didn't work, no spare blankets so noisy air conditioner on all night (poor use if power!), one towel for a queen room. I would definitely not stay here again.

Perfect for airport transit

7th floor

so much better than I expected for a budget hotel. No complaints, only laundry facility (washing machine) and drink vending machine was not available at the moment (end of May/2025). Only 12 mins walk from domestic terminal. Some fast food are only a minute walk away. If you don't mind walking for 1km plus, there are more restaurant.

3rd floor

The emergency bell went off after 10pm, alot of us went outside. The fire and police came, but it turned out to be a false alarm. No explanation from the staff. The room was on the third floor, but unlike the room on the seventh floor last time, there was no luggage rack. The shower room only had a curtain partition without a bathtub, so it got flooded. It seems that the structure differs depending on the floor. Water from the previous user was still in the pot.
