Steamyard Cafe in Galston is an absolute gem! The service here is top-notch. A special shout-out to the girl server who was simply amazing at her work. She took care of everyone's needs with such grace and efficiency. The food was delicious, and the coffee was just perfect. Highly recommend this place for a wonderful dining experience!

Coffee and buttermilk pancakes were absolutely delicious. We waited quite a long time for our food, but once it came it was amazing. Babycino was okay but would prefer a reusable cup rather than disposable. Great cafe, would come back if I was in the area again.

We loved the gluten free corn fritters and vegetarian omelette! Service was prompt and it’s a cute cafe in the corner with a beautiful set of photographs improving the decor!

Came back first time since 2019. Found a piece of hard plastic in my corn fritter - almost ate it. Went to tell the waitress, who looked unimpressed and asked if I wanted the chief to make another one. After I told her I don’t need another one just said thank you and moved onto next customer. No apologies or offer for refund. Understood Sunday morning is a busy time but found the whole experience quite disappointing. Food and coffee wasn’t as good as before as well. Maybe it’s under a different management.

One of the best cafes I’ve ever been to and I was happily surprised by the presentation and flavor of that avo with the twist. Coffee was very good as well. The shop owner and the waitress were both very delightful to talk to. Overall nothing to complaint and will come back!

Is good! Is so, so good. Cornflakes Crusted Chicken Burger is hot damn good...careful it's got a bit of bite to it but man it's yum! Beef Burger and Tacos are the go to as well and you can't leave without having the French Toast. You just have to make the trip, it's worth it 100%

Great cafe, small but well crafted menu. We had lunch but would like to come back for breakfast. I had the lamb Ragu which was great, bit I had some serious food envy over my wife's burger. I had a taste and it was amazing. They also make a very good Toby's estate coffee. Will definitely be back

Enjoyed a great lunch meal at SteamYard cafe with my daughter. I had the falafel salad (delicious) and my daughter had the eggs Benny. Both dishes were great. We were the only ones in the cafe so I was a bit concerned but the meals pleasantly surprised me. Will be back.
