We had our wedding reception at Clarence House and could not be happier with our experience. From start to finish, the team was exceptional.

A huge thank you to Steve, our coordinator throughout the planning process—his professionalism, calm approach, and attention to detail made the whole journey smooth and stress-free. On the night itself, Ebbie was outstanding. She managed everything flawlessly and made sure everything ran like clockwork.

The venue looked absolutely spectacular—every detail was perfect and exactly what we envisioned. We received so many compliments from our guests about how beautiful the space was and how incredible the food tasted.

Clarence House truly delivered an unforgettable night for us, and we couldn’t recommend them more highly for any couple planning their big day!

I’ve recently had the pleasure of having my wedding located at the Victorian room.
From the very first moment we booked to the day of the wedding, Steve, Caroline and the Clarence House team went above and beyond!

We will be recommending anyone we know who will need a venue for their event. All guests loved the attention to detail in the venue itself and how the staff were very attentive to all the guests needs.

One of the best decisions we made for our wedding day was choosing Clarence House (Victorian Room). The team are fun, helpful and easy to communicate with - they make you feel like family 🙌🏼 On the night of the wedding, the beautiful ladies were constantly checking in on us, making sure we were okay/relaxed, well fed and just ensuring everything in the background was running smoothly - that is something we’ll never forget. From the very beginning, the Function Managers and Event Coordinators at Clarence House made the entire planning process smooth, stress-free, and enjoyable. Their attention to detail, patience, and professionalism made us feel completely at ease, knowing our special day was in the best hands possible.

The entire team on the night was outstanding – attentive, warm, and highly professional. Every single detail was executed perfectly. A special mention goes to the floor manager (unfortunately I didn’t catch their name) who constantly checked in with us, ensured everything ran on schedule, and genuinely went above and beyond to make us feel cared for.

The food was incredible – fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented. Our guests could not stop raving about the variety and quality. The mezza and the chicken were definite crowd favorites and absolutely exceeded expectations.

Lastly, Everything – from the planning stages to the final farewell on the night – was handled with such grace, passion, and excellence. The venue looked stunning, the service was flawless, and the atmosphere created was everything we had dreamed of and more. We would highly recommend Clarence House to any couple looking for a magical and stress-free wedding experience. Thank you again from the bottom of our hearts!

I recently had a day event at the Victorian room, for my kids' Baptism and the event was absolutely incredible! The Victorian room is stunning, with minimal decorating needed because the room itself is so beautiful!

We are so glad we went with the Clarence House for this event, We have never hosted an event before and thank goodness you were there, because our every worry and concern were taken away on the day by your INCREDIBLE Caroline! This was our first event as a family that actually went ahead, and we could not be happier with the turnout. We have had endless compliments on every single aspect of the event- the stunning Victorian room, the most delicious food, and the amazing staff on your team. We cannot be more grateful for you guys opening the room for us on a Sunday and providing exceptional service as always.

The atmosphere was lovely, however I'm giving 2 stars, because the service felt rushed.
We attended my nieces wedding last night and we got there n begun eating our entree starters, however as the bridal party entered without us knowing all plates were removed and I had food on it, so for a while we had entree starters on the tables with no plates to use to eat them. At least ask us if the food was done before clearing plates. This was our whole night for every meal. No one asking us if we were done before clearing them, we had walked away, came back our entree pasta meal was gone n we had only had a few bitefuls. More food was wasted by the staff than us, because we weren't able to eat it before it being taken.

It just felt so rushed and we couldn't enjoy our meals or lack of meals.

Maybe something your team needs to look at, because this really ruined it for us. All soft drinks were flat, and not enjoyable. Main chicken meal was dry and not eatable.
And my husband didn't even get dessert.

But the atmosphere & venue was lovely, which unfortunately wasn't enough in regards to meal service to give it more than 2 stars.

What an incredible experience.
From the moment I walked into the venue and was greeted by the team and staff I knew I was having my reception here.
Everything was so smooth and easy to deal with in the lead up.
The evening of the reception was INCREDIBLE!
Chrissie and Caroline managed a whole reception of 400 people and made it look effortless.
The food is amazing, the staff are amazing and the the whole venue is spectacular!!
I hope more of my friends get married and book the Lemnos, I’ve never been so happy!
Thank you to everybody involved in the preparation and lead up to the night and especially the staff on the night, you made me feel like royalty and it is a night I will always remember !!!!!!
