I recently attended an event at Grand Palace Reception, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations! With its spacious facilities accommodating over 300 people and the option to separate ladies and gents, it's truly versatile. The owner and staff went above and beyond to ensure our event was unforgettable, demonstrating outstanding cooperation and professionalism throughout.

The decor and design of the venue are simply lovely, adding an elegant touch to any occasion. Plus, with ample parking space for over 100 cars and a convenient location, accessibility is a breeze. The food served was not only delicious but also offered the flexibility of arranging our own catering, which was a huge plus for us.

I was particularly impressed by their consideration for diverse needs, as they readily arranged a Muslim prayer area upon request. Whether it's a wedding, birthday party, or any other event, Grand Palace Reception is the perfect choice. Trust me, this hidden gem will make your special day truly unforgettable!

I had my wedding reception here, and the venue management team was fantastic. A special thanks to Yama for organizing everything so smoothly! The food was incredible, and the crowd absolutely loved it. The venue’s ambiance was perfect, and the extra space outside added a beautiful touch. Plus, the large parking capacity made everything so much easier for our guests. It truly made our day unforgettable!

Attended function yesterday and light went out. They had no back up generator. Everyone stayed hoping it will be back on again but nop. The restaurant guy (not sure if it was owner) didn’t seem apologetic at all. Instead he said that we should be grateful that they are trying to fix it. Imagine your most important day of your life and this happens. Wouldn’t be recommending to anyone.

We went to grand palace auburn today at a rice weaning ceremony .unfortunately my friend son lost gold bangles and asked the staff and owner to let us know if they found it later, but the owner was so rude and aggressive literally wanted to fight with us and talking rough language which made our kids scared the hell out of it . I would not recommend any community especially our Nepalese community to have any occasions there..we went there to have fun but left the place sadely . The owner was so rude and tried to put hands to my friend. This is so bad .worst place ….

I would never recommend this place to our
Nepalese community because it's not safe. Last
night we had an incident, We lost our son's golden
bangle n we r searching for it everywhere we can
at the sudden time the owner came n use bad
words in-front of our kids n became very aggressive n almost attacked. One of the staff came with glass bottle in his hand !!! Lucky we had so many friends to stop their violence against us. Also the way they were saying get out to us is so
disrespectful to all our community. So please do
not go to this place for ur beautiful moments
Also the lady who works their was so rude n she
sucks . One more thing they don't have high
chair for babies. Not safe for babies n kids n also
for adults.

I love this place, the dance floor is everything ☺️. Very happy with my son’s birthday. Yama was very helpful with directions and very kind and clear on call. Would recommend. Everyone had so much fun and I’m so glad I chose this venue. The food package was great and my children really loved it. Thank you Yama for an outstanding experience .

Unfortunately, my experience at Party Palace was deeply disappointing. The owner's behavior was completely unacceptable; not only was he rude, but he also attempted to physically harm my brother. Additionally, he used inappropriate language in front of all the children present. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and tarnishes the reputation of what could have been a fun event. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.

Had my wedding reception here tonight and wow! Yama was super helpful with everything. loved the venue and the customer service. they also have a balcony which is super convenient for a kids play spot, we had used the balcony to put a mini ball pit, jumping castle and face painting for the kids. would recommend this venue for everyone! All my guests loved this venue and so did we! will definitely be booking this venue for future events. thanks Yama and staff.
