Firstly their food is delicious & the size & look of the venue is fantastic. Service is good but the owner is one not to trust. Tells you one thing then changes his mind the next. Table layout was wrong, alcohol pricing kept changing, must clear out half hour before to what is paid for. I will never suggest this venue to anyone. Another Fairfield venue rip off.

Absolutely amazing. The professionalism of the staff from the first time we met right until everyone left the event was exceptional. The food both mezza on the tables and dinner was incredible and people could not stop talking about it. I would recommend this reception hall for anyone looking to host their event at a reception that makes you feel at home. I can not find anything to fault in the services provided by Monamor Reception.

The WORST place for a party EVER. I was at this place on Saturday for my aunt's wedding and I spent 4 hours in misery. The food tasted nasty. The only thing that you could eat was the dolma which didn't even taste edible. Don't even get me started on the drinks. The water and alcohol was drinkable, but the coke and sprite in the water jugs... HORRID. The sprite jug had like mould all around it on the inside AND outside. We asked a lady to replace it but she just gave the the same jug. I was shocked at how bad the bathrooms smelt. I know that it's a bathroom and they smell bad, but no other reception that I had been to had terrible smelling bathrooms. There was mould on the ceiling. Disgusting place. Couldn't stop complaining about it. This only gets a one star because I can't post without a star.

The food in a plate for dinner during weddings wasn't good enough to make you full. Rathar than that its a great hall with friendly people.

Came here to see Ashur, mezza was great staff were really on top of everything. Didn't have an empty plate on our table once. Ashur was a bit of a Diva though.

Nice place for celebrations. Parking is conveniently located on top floor of the next building which connects to the venue through a nicely placed short bridge that acts as the entrance.
