Stepped off the plane from New Zealand and booked in for a 120-minute pamper session, with a 90-minute pregnancy massage and facial, it was the perfect way to start the trip.

Everything about the experience was calm, welcoming, and exactly what I needed after a flight.

The team was friendly, professional, and made sure I was completely comfortable throughout. The space was clean, warm, and cosy, which was ideal for a cold winter’s day. The massage itself was incredible — thoughtful, tailored, and deeply relaxing. The facial was a beautiful bonus that left me feeling refreshed and completely reset.

Couldn’t recommend it highly enough. Worth every cent, and I’ll definitely be back next time I’m in town.

Incredibly well-considered and attentive massage and body scrub. Small touches — like switching off the lights before turning over and gently covering the eyes before turning them back on — showed genuine care. The deep tissue massage was stellar. Highly recommend.

Amazing service and value for money. The 2 hr spa consisted of 1hr massage, 30min body scrub and 30 facial. The staff are so kind and attentive and felt incredibly relaxed. They use Payot skin products which left my skin feeling rejuvenated and bright. Will come again and again 😊

My husband booked this place for my birthday today as a part of one of my presents. We did the 30 minutes scrubs with 60 minutes massage. The scrub portion of our treatment was great however the massage was a bit underwhelming. I had heard great things about this place by some dear friends and was looking so forward to getting a treatment here. I was pretty disappointed and bummed because it did put a bit of a downer on my birthday. The staff did offer a 15 minutes free foot massage when attending next time but we had travelled almost an hour to get here and I don’t think I will be going back again.

I had an amazing experience at Varda Spa Sydney City CBD. The massage therapist was very experienced, and I could feel the difference right away. My body felt so much more relaxed afterwards. The place is clean, professional, and has a calming atmosphere that helps you unwind from the moment you walk in.

The service was excellent from start to finish. Everyone was friendly and made sure I was comfortable throughout.

Ps: Be sure to book in advance. They’re very popular and often fully booked. Definitely worth it!
