I shared this experience with my partner for my Birthday in February. What an absolutely beautiful place where you feel like you are in an Italian village. Everything about this place is beautiful from the villas, the location, the amenities.. right down to the beautiful hosts Peter and Jen. They are a lovely couple and provided us with such hospitality and very welcoming. We loved staying there and enjoyed the experience. We highly recommend staying at Guestlands

Peter and Jenny were the most incredible, humble hosts of this magnificent property. A quaint, Italian style village that has you feeling like you’re in Europe for a weekend. The BnB is a real credit to Peter’s creative vision and Jenny’s attention to detail. It really has to be seen to be believed. From the village to the gardens to the music to the pizza and gelato night in the cabana, it is simply exquisite on every level. Highly recommend!

Beautiful rooms, great atmosphere and magnificent gardens. Jenny and Peter were very warm and welcoming hosts. We had a fabulous time sitting in the village street on a warm night, eating and drinking, listening to Andrea Bocelli and chatting with the other guests and Jenny and Peter. Soaking up the atmosphere just like we were in Italy!

My partner and I had a wonderfully romantic getaway to Guestlands for two nights. It is truly unlike anywhere I’ve ever stayed – a taste of Italy, you feel like you’re far from Sydney. The property is stunning and there’s always more to see. Pete and Jenny were gracious hosts who welcomed us with open arms and treated us to a fun pizza and gelato night on the Saturday. The room was perfect with cosy beds, and the bathroom was even better. My only bits of constructive feedback are that the pool and jacuzzi areas are dated and could use some TLC. They hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned when we were there, which meant we couldn’t make the most of the experience. The only other thing that would’ve made this a 5-star stay is if there were more food and drink options available for breakfast / lunch, especially considering the amount of guests staying at one time. The freshly laid eggs were a lovely touch but for the price you pay I’d expect luxury food items and far more of them. By our second breakfast there was nothing much left to eat. All that said, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back for another weekend at Guestlands! Thanks again, Pete & Jenny!

Words truly cannot describe how pleased we were with our weekend get away. It was absolutely relaxing and Sam and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. The owners petter and Jenny were amazing with their hospitality kindness and understanding of other cultures. They made us feel very comfortable and Peter was very entertaining on the pizza night we had so much laughs and made unforgettable memories. The well manicured gardens were breathtaking we couldn’t get enough of it we toured it numerous times and kept discovering something interesting every day . Jenny recommended a chef’s secret for Lunch and the food was 10/10 . |I highly recommend Guestlands to anyone looking for a nice relaxing getaway .

We have photographed at Guest-land a lot, let me tell you it is absolutely gorgeous. There is a large variety of different spots you can pick for photos.

The owner Jenny is a great person. Every time we have been there she has always made sure the couple has had an amazing experience by being very accommodating. I would 100% recommend this place for a photo shoot or even for a getaway weekend.

I had the most beautiful stay here at Guestlands. Jenny and Pete are incredible hosts. Their home will transport you to beautiful Italy. Their garden is perfectly manicured. I loved making our own breaky. Lots of yummy goodies in the kitchen for you to enjoy. They have this luxe monopoly board that we spent the afternoon playing! (and drinking) Jenny also gave us restaurant recommendations to the Chef’s secret which was amazing! Pizza night with Pete and Jenny + all the guests was so much fun! ?✨?
