I’ve been going to Pristine Pool & Spa shop for a while now and I can honestly say that Rae is a real gem! Just about each week, she tests two samples of pool water (mine and my parents) and takes the time to provide thorough feedback on how to rectify any chemical imbalances. Not only does Rae give clear, easy-to-understand advice on what products to use, but she also explains why those adjustments are necessary, which helps me feel more confident in maintaining the pools.
What really sets Rae apart is her friendly and cooperative manner. She’s always happy to offer practical and effective advice, and never rush me, no matter how many questions I ask. I genuinely appreciate her personal touch and it’s refreshing to feel like a valued customer!

I would like to share my experiences in dealing with Raeleigh at your Mowbray road in North Lane Cove. She is the most delightful person I have been associated with at any pool shop I have dealt with. She is always in a good mood and willing to help me with pool issues. She has on a reascent occasion even gone to my house to check the pool whilst I was on holidays. Customers can't ask for more. I would recommend her to any one needing the services the shop offers. I would like to vote for her in this years SPASA Retail service Technicians Gold Award.

Mike rang to troubleshoot issues with my spa pump and heater not functioning. As they were both 13 years old, I was resigned to having to replace them both.
A few words of advice from Mike and I was up and running again. All that was required was a relatively inexpensive new filter for the cartridge. Wonderful service. Highly recommended.

Just a massive thank you to the team at SPSW, like all pool owners we have had our fair share of terrible pool maintenance operators on shop and mobile.
