Went for a spa package with a couple of friends to celebrate a birthday. Communication was amazing and provided all information about experience including swimming pool, sauna and spa that we could use. Then had some pampering and it was totally amazing. The girls are kind and considerate. Experience was so relaxing. They even did birthday cakes with our tea after we finished. Totally recommend it and will go again

Spa treatment package 75 minutes great value $125 per person (normal price is $250)
We came early and went for an early swim at the indoor pool, then off to the Spa and Sauna was really good.
Then, off to our treatment, I had a facial first and massage it was good. We were provided with tea and biscuit after the treatment which was nice.

Staff is professional, and the amenities is pretty good.
They are located at the Raddison Blu Hotel.

I visited Tanya Spa today with two of friends for a relaxing break, and it was an amazing experience! The body massage and facial were absolutely wonderful, leaving us feeling light as a cloud.

Thank you to the Tanya Spa team for such a rejuvenating experience—we’ll definitely be back!

I booked couple massage through groupon.
We are disappointed with because we just got a thai massage using homebrand baby oil.
At the end of the massage we got 2 tiny cup of Thai tea and a homebrand wafer each!!
Totally not worth the value.
There was no choice given for massage.
They only have baby oil from Woolworths.
Never going back to Tanya spa.

Unfortunately I had a really disappointing experience here. In summary, they accepted a walk-in who stole our pre-booked reservation spot and then didn’t do anything to make up for the lost money/time.

My partner and I booked for the massage + facial on our 3-year anniversary using the Groupon voucher deal $125pp last Saturday and were really excited for a relaxing treatment. We paid for city parking and got up early to get ready and make our way in, while it was heavily raining this day too. I received both an email and a text in the couple days prior to confirm the appointment, which I did. When we arrived, we didn’t get much of a greeting because the lady looked confused and said they had no rooms left. She kept saying they were fully booked for the day, and we were confused because we booked ahead. The lady didn’t see my name on the written booking calendar for a while, but I could see it was the first name in the first column set for 10am, so it felt like she was messing around a bit. She said another customer came in and she didn’t check their name or booking so they’ve now got our room. We were a little annoyed but we asked what time they had actually booked for, to see if we could just use their time slot even if it was a little later in the day, but she kept saying no we are fully booked for the day. She then asked around with some colleagues and apparently that customer was a walk-in and had no booking. She offered an apology and said that we can get a refund through Groupon but didn’t offer any actual assistance in handling this mistake on their part. Considering it was our anniversary and we had done nothing wrong, this was extremely poor service, and now we were out $250 (for a few weeks at least) and a plan for the day.

Can’t rate the actual massage or facial service though, because.. well!

Staff are not experienced. Massage Was very basic rubbing. This is a tiny massage business operating inside the Raddison. This is not a 5 star day spa.
Staff were on their phone during massage and facial Was done using what felt like disposable wipes.
Def do not recommend.

Thai style massage in a hotel. So better than ur usual Thai massage.
However it is right next to the pool so is quite noisy throughout the treatment.
You can use the wet sauna and spa facilities but its nothing fancy. You get a tiny cup of tea and a biscuits after treatment. Some slippers would have been nice.

I attended this day spa with my partner and was very disappointed with the experience. First, there was no one there to greet us so we had to “wander in” to the facilities. No robe provided so had to awkwardly change between having a swim and going for our treatment. We had a package for two and were shuffled into a very tiny room in which there was one massage bed and another portable bed, almost like a trestle table. There was not enough room for the therapists to move around one bed, let alone two. There was a heater on the floor blowing air up into our faces. The facial was ok. The massage was not great, there was barely any pressure and for the most part, I had my back rubbed through a towel. To top it off, it was very difficult to relax with the very loud noise coming from the pool. Seriously disappointing for a 5 star hotel and an expensive day spa experience.
