This purchase was super simple, easy, and effirtless, given I had millions of questions and the team answered all of them on the spot and in an easily for me to understand from plumbing electrical and fitting and installation.Once I received my delivery during covid as a contacless transaction, the company simply went above and beyond with easy details and instructions on a pre intallation instruction card laminated to help set the new 8 seater oasis hydro up. I highly recommend the team at slplash brookvale over all other brands on the market. It's not just a spa to them but an experience everyone should try from sitting in the product on the show room floor as stock was all on display to showing all accessories and spares and technique with online tutorials. Perfection.

After being referred to Splashes by a friend who had bought a swim spa, we decided to buy the Miami Hydro spa. The entire experience, from placing our order to receiving the ezi pads delivery to prepare for our installation, was smooth and reassuring. Since getting the spa in August 2021, we have thoroughly enjoyed it. Despite encountering two minor maintenance issues, the service provided has been outstanding and the team couldn't do enough to recitfy the issue so quickly. I cannot emphasize enough how satisfied we are with this company. Thank you for your honesty and service; we wouldn't consider purchasing from any other supplier.

I had some friends over to my new house and the party got a bit excited in the spa, breaking part of the siding. I called splashes who were amazing. The staff were a delight to deal with, friendly and helpful. The replacement was available in a couple of days at an amazing price. I couldn't be happier. Great people to deal with and i will definitely shop there again.

We bought the Tuscany spa from Splashes – and it is AMAZING! The massage is phenomenal, the lights are so cool and it's very easy to run and customise everything. Great quality item. The staff at Splashes are great to deal with – knowledgeable and friendly. Make sure you speak to them before you buy anything else.
