This is a very last-minute decision to stay here as my friend was allergic to cats so we couldn’t stay at our friends house, we literally booked the place that night and it was only $110 and the room was really great very spacious with accommodations in the morning. The front desk service Was not there when I got there because it was past the business hours. But when I had called the number listed on the door, the gentleman came within five minutes and got me all situated even brought my luggage to the room. I highly recommend this place for last minute circumstances, as it is professional, clean and hopefully you’re able to get it.

Somewhat run down, not overly clean, tiny rooms, especially given it is advertised as apartment, minuscule bathroom, noisy location, unappealing location at back of a small business area. Too expensive for what is offered. Not recommended!

Apartments are nice . Good service and staff. 3 stars bcz of guy who is at front reception. He needs to learn how to talk to people . He messed up my Uber eats order plus I saw him being rude to driver . Like he doesn’t even have basic decency. Just bcz you are working at a reception doesn’t mean you can be rude to people doing there job. I wanted to leave place immediately, but due to personal stuff I couldn’t . I will make sure to complain about you.

Awful experience! Hotel was absolutely filthy, including car park and lifts. Got bed bug or some sort of reaction to bed, sheets, linen and carpet. Place was so dirty we couldn't even open the dishwasher it stank so bad. Beds so uncomfortable and lumpy. People all in hallways, was almost like a homeless shelter that we had to ask about that as a few times people in lifts stank of alcohol and walking in with plastic bags of clothes as we did not want to be woken up all hours as there were some unsightly people lingering everywhere. Carpark whilst free has a sparrow colony living underneath and there is bird droppings loaded up everywhere all over cars, pipes and piles and piles of it everywhere. Hotel on main road even though address is not very very noisy and in industrial area.The sheets and linen bins are kept in the carpark uncovered hence possible the welts on my body and face so possibly a reaction to bird lice from the linen kept in carpark. The lounges were so filthy we had to get our own sheets (which we had bought) and put them on the lounge and bed before sitting on them. I have the photos to prove it. If I was not down for a funeral and organising all of that I would have moved hotels. Shower doors broken and on tiles stains and marks everywhere, not cleaned properly at all. Behind toilet filthy. Kitchen bench full of brown stains and we had to clean and wipe just to put plastic bags on there. Very very limited cooking facilities and items. Pots totally filthy and fry pan was so tiny and old not enough for 5/6 people. We only went back to hotel to sleep and could not even eat in there. Will never stay again. If we could give less than 1 star would have.

Impressed with the newly branded Quality Apartments Castle Hill who provide very comfortable apartment style rooms, from Studios to 3-bedroom apartments and everything in-between. All very well equipped with kitchen facilities and gas cook top. Very friendly staff who can also accommodate pets in certain rooms and provide accessible rooms. Free WIFI throughout, along with free secured undercover parking. Great for short or long stays and very close to Showground and various other sporting facilities.

Just found out they are in liquidation and had to cancel my booking. Due to this, they will not pay me back for accommodation for Jan 13. I suggest you look somewhere else to stay, they will take your money and run...
