This was a great hotel to stay with easy access to the city without the CBD markup. ||Hotel room was clean and comfortable. Bed was super soft which I love, hubby not so much. ||The bar/restsurant was a pleasant area for a drink and then the next morning for breakfast.||Breakfast was the standard fare of western hot food, cereal, pastries, fruit and toast. They even had a juice bar for custom drinks. But hectic at peak time with no cutlery around and tepid water in the tea/coffee dispensers, but the barista was happy to supply cups of hot water. ||Simple <5 min walk to Victoria Cross metro and then a 1-3 stop ride to city locations.

Clearly recently updated and it tells, rooms are fresh with a neutral palate. We had a one bedroom room and one of us used the sofa bed, surprisingly comfortable. The room lacked enough crockery and a tea towel (sink but no tea towel)? Great view from the balcony and very peaceful and quiet at night. Fire alarm went off three times at night during our two night stay. Definitely excellent value for money.

We stayed at this Hotel as it is so close to the metro and surrounded by walks and shops. |We stayed for 5 days over the weekend. The staff were friendly in greeting us (Ena and her team) and made us welcome offering an early book in option as we had arrived before check in. |The rooms were clean and comfortable with in room dining options and a bar downstairs with hot food options. ||The bed was comfortable and we had a pillow changed , which was no trouble for the staff. ||We look forward to returning soon

Great location and nice comfy room. The staff were actually the most accommodating and friendly. From the reception to the lovely man at the buffet breakfast they were most helpful and welcoming. This alone will bring my family back for another stay.

I don’t normally send reviews but I feel this requires one. I would like to warn people that the rooms near the lifts are really noisy. If I was warned prior to my stay and the price of the room reflected the fact that it’s very difficult to get some sleep, I wouldn’t be complaining. I feel at the least, I should have been warned either ( preferably) on the booking site or when I arrived or even send me an email. They did give me $5!

Lovely comfortably room. The bed was perfect firmness. Pillows great. Loved the shower, modernandusable. The only problem was it took a little too long to heat up. |Felf safe when the fire alarm went off last night and we were kept informed of what to do.

The service, the location, the staff, the value and overallatmosphere, just amazing. Absolutely worth the holiday trip. Only thing that hindered my full experience was to see almost all breakfast items being Halal. One should not have to be forced to eat halal if one doesn't want to.
