Quest St Leonards - St Leonards, New South Wales

I stayed at Quest, St Leonards for 10 days. The purpose of my visit was to be close by while a family member had surgery at North Shore Private hospital. Both this hospital and Royal North Shore are an easy 15 minute walk away. I worked from my room while here. The Wi-Fi was reliable. |The accommodation is within a 5 minute walk of an IGA and Coles supermarket. 5 minute walk to St Leonards train station and a 10 minute walk to Crows Nest station for the Metro line.|I could not fault this accommodation and the staff. I had to extend my stay 4 times. It was never a problem and done without fuss with no errors.

Great that they allowed us to check in early but found out it was one for handicapped without a closed shower place and a strange automatic room door. We finally changed to another normal room and stayed there 4 nights. Generally everything good especially capsule coffee and milk available daily. Close to train station, restaurants and bars. The pool was freezing cold but jacuzzi and gym was nice.

Location, location , location short walk to the trains, buses etc, super market bottle shops coffee shops, fast food etc

Had a wonderful weekend for my Birthday, taking in dinner and attending the musical Guys and Dolls.

From the moment we arrived we were given 5 star service, the room was fresh and clean, well appointed with more than enough of everything you needed .

Excellent off street parking, and we were aloud to check out late and leave the car for a couple of hours so we could catch a nice brunch in the city.

Well done Quest St Leonards take a pat on the back.

We chose to stay here due to walking distance to RNS Hospital where our son was a patient. We could park at the hotel and walk everywhere we needed. Hotel was also close to an IGA, pharmacy and food court not to mention local restaurants, and the train station. The room was quiet and well equipped for our needs, and parking although at an additional charge, was on site.

Close to everything - train, bus, supermarket, restaurants & takeaways, hospital, Harbour bridge & Taronga Zoo not far. ||Lovely area to walk around, lovely hotel with every convenience and lovely helpful staff members who made everything as easy, smooth and pleasant as possible. Fantastic place - highly recommended.

I stayed at Quest St Leonards for work recently and was very pleased with the room and facilities. The bed was so comfortable that I woke up late and nearly missed my meeting.

Room had a terrible damp musty smell.
I went back to reception to ask if we could switch rooms but they told me they were full.
He asked what it smelled of, I told him dampness, he responded, “but it hasn’t even rained this week”. I questioned him about renting out a substandard room and he just shrugged his shoulders.
They clearly knew that the room leaked and there was a dampness problem, but still rent it out.
The solution he offered was “if you check out now I’ll refund your money”
So I’m just supposed to go find another hotel at 5pm on a Saturday night.

I stayed here over the weekend friday was welcoming to a point staff were okay.
Got into tge room was lovely and clean the tv was angled and not straight seemed like it was guna fall of the wall tried the bed it was extremely hard not much comfort the ameneties and coffee was amazing the shower was good (handheld possibly needed to top it of to top rating).
Saturday i had the most lovely female receptionists they always waved smiled said hello which really made me feel welcome.
Parking is great.
Was a little but noisey in the room.
Kitchen was easy to use i would stay here again but just need a few improvements. To be 5 stars especially from some staff and bedding and shower.
