A lot to say here, we'll start with the good.||Was more than happy with the lay out of this apartment, but some small things that were promised just weren't there.||Don't mean to falter the following, but anyone would expect the list below to be basic and obvious.||Went to make a coffee, as the website said tea/coffee making facilities, that must mean bring your own coffee and sugar, not just provide a kettle.||Went to cook something, plates, pans and cutlery all present but no tongs or just basic kitchen utensils, should've packed those as well.||Had a shower and yes A towel was provided, and must have been bought from a $2 shop, just flimsy. On all things material, had also noticed the sheets weren't even pressed, just been thrown in the dryer., that was tacky.||At least the owners or cleaners of this property had access to a washer and dryer, was hoping not only be directed to the laundry, but reception( even though it advertises that this is open most of the day), wasn't open at all during my stay. As a result left with a bag of dirty clothes, far from impressive.||All that was needed was a bit of guidance and maybe a facility folder to let guests know where things are, would've been so helpful.||Then was hoping to watch something on SBS, none existent at all, am starting to wonder now if this property is in a major city or in the desert.||||So in essence, BYO; coffee, tea, sugar. The phone number of the nearest laundromat, your iron and ironing board, your own access to SBS, if this is required on your stay.||And maybe a good quality towel, and a spare toilet roll.||||Really despise writing reviews like this, especially after being greeted so warmly, was obviously a mirage for what was to come, and wouldn't have taken much to change the direction of this review.||||If you plan to stay here, know BEFOREHAND the answers to your needs and expectations.
