My first experience at Rest was so memorable, relaxing, peaceful and produced such great results, that I immediately booked my next appointment upon completion.
Natasha’s professionalism and calm demeanour is what sets her apart from other spas.
Natasha concentrates on the task at hand and ensures your comfort and results are paramount.
The defining moment was the prayers at the end of the session.
Mind, body and soul was the greatest combination in my opinion.
Highly recommended for lasting health benefits and you’ll also be supporting a young entrepreneur.

I had the Signature Lift facial with Tash and it was wonderful. Tash was knowledgeable, assessed my skin and gave me great advice about my areas of concern. Had such a lovely treatment with Tash, I had a facial and a massage. The massage was very relaxing, pressure was on point and she was very attentive during the whole time.

My skin feels hydrated and the facial was seamless, she is very knowledgeable on skin care and aims to understand your routine before starting.

Looking forward to my next session and highly recommend

I had the Illuminate & Glow Facial over the weekend. What an amazing experience. Natasha took the time to find out what my regular skin cleansing routine was & proceeded to explain what products she would be using on my skin.
