Above average for a budget hotel. Clean with all necessary amenities. Many fast food restaurants close and groceries within a reasonable walking distance. Both staff I interacted with were polite and helpful. Largest negative was a small amount of noise from other patrons. Overall an efficient and satisfactory establishment.

Filthy, Noisy, and Unprofessional||Staying at ibis was an experience I wouldn’t wish on anyone. It’s hard to believe this place is still operating. First off, it seems like they’re more interested in housing the homeless than paying guests. The shower/toilet was downright disgusting, with black mold festering around the tray. If that wasn’t bad enough, the room looked like it hadn’t seen a cleaner in months, with cobwebs & dust hanging in every corner like something out of a horror movie.||The noise? Non-stop. It felt like I was sleeping in a busy train station with people constantly coming and going, slamming doors at all hours. Relaxation was impossible.||And don’t even get me started on the staff. They couldn’t care less. Approachable? More like invisible. If you enjoy filth, noise, and being treated like a nuisance, this is the place for you. Otherwise, steer clear—this hotel is a complete disgrace.||I understand that it’s a budget hotel, but that doesn’t excuse the lack of basic cleanliness. Every hotel, no matter the price, should meet minimum standards when it comes to hygiene and upkeep. Unfortunately, this place failed to meet even those expectations.||The only good thing about this hotel is that it has 5 fast food restaurants right on its doorstep.

Very affordable but more like a hostel. Many fast food restaurants in walking distance. Reception has limited times of service. The rooms are clean, the beds are comfortable but the wash basin is in the room and the toilet/shower is a bit like an aeroplane toilet cubicle.

If I could give this hotel a 0 stars I 100% would.||The only thing I could compare this room to is a prison cell, looks nothing like the pictures at all. The bathroom was full of mould and bed had blood splatter on the quilt. We booked 4 nights and had to leave early as we didn’t get any sleep. I’m sure the hotel hosts the homeless as opposite us a man was in and out of the room all night and we could hear him outside. If he wasn’t in and out the room he was being violently sick. We checked out a day early as we were exhausted after having no sleep for 3 nights to find that the hotel had charged us $150 for one of the nights after agreeing to $75, I never would of agreed to this price, as I could of stayed in a lovely hotel for this price. I will be complaining to head office and have a video of the state of the room. I acknowledge this was a budget hotel but I wouldn’t let my dog sleep here. We didn’t complain to the front desk as the people there wasn’t very approachable, but the fact they charged us extra was the last straw.

THE WORST HOTEL I HAVE EVER STAYED IN!! the room was nothing like the photos so basic that the bathroom sink is in the middle of the room and the bathroom was mouldy and cramped. To make matters worse, there is no disability access, as the toilet is up a massive step. This was a total inconvenience and should of been mentioned when i asked for a ground floor room due to my limited mobility. The hotel charged us more than agreed after our stay and is now saying that the price changes day by day, so be careful when booking a room here. Who in their right mind would pay $150 dollars to stay here? i even told them the price has never been over $80 when searching online, absolute scammers!! We booked for 4 nights and only managed 3 due to lack of sleep from the noise in the hotel. We drove 12 hours home rather than stay here another night!!

We booked this place knowing that it’s part of the budget series of ibis. However the reality was even worse. Pictures are misleading on the website. There’s literally no space to sit or stand inside the bathroom. I believe the aircraft toilets are bigger than this one. Room’s condition was pitiful. While generally wiped clean, the window and AC unit would have broken down at the slightest wind. Bed sheets were not clean and had red colour stains. No lift access either. So difficult with any sort of luggage.

Only plus side was the receptionist was friendly.

Satisfactory hotel if you just need somewhere to break a journey. The bed was comfortable however one of the pillows was very flat which made for a restless sleep. Bathroom is very small, akin to a cruise ship cabin. The hotel is located in a good location, close to M1 and with quite a few fast food choices at the doorstep

While at breakfast, staff entered room without permission, and we haven't checked out yet.
This had actually happened, which was very unprofessional and still awaiting management to call, and it has been 2 weeks today since we left a message for a call back. Luke or luo, this is very unprofessional for you to not return calls for a proper explanation on why our room was entered and wasn't informed on the day.

Adding to the response for below -

If this was the case, fire alarm going off why wasn't we notified at breakfast? Or contacted via mobile? Assuring we as clients are ok?

For this fire alarm going off, supposedly.
As doesn't it trigger the entire building for the safety of everyone? I'll be sure to be contacting you fire provider to question why only 1 room was triggered, when your a large building.
I'll be requesting evidence of this room and fire alarm going off. Please send me full evidence of this proof, time and date? which legally has to be documented.
I'm not awaiting on the call back my partner is awaiting the return call. So please feel free to contact the person the booking was made under.
