Absolutely adored this hotel for multiple reasons. Firstly the team running the show are all wonderful warm professional individuals. Everyone we dealt with could not have been nicer. The location is perfect. Smack bang on Oxford street surrounded by coffee houses, interesting shops and many a good eatery. Also this position affords it excellent transportation options including a bus stop about 2 minutes walk, jump on the 333 and you can be in the city in about 15 minutes. The hotel has a beautiful reception which also doubles as a lounge area with free tea, coffee and fruit and in the mornings they provide lovely warm pastries. The rooms are very well appointed. We stayed in a standard double with a very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage and hanging space and a lovely large bathroom. To add to that each room has a fridge, kettle and Nespresso machine. I would also point out that even though this hotel is in a very busy area it is very well sound proofed and wonderfully serene when you get inside its doors. We could not have been happier. We loved our stay and will definitely return.

What a find! A lovely boutique hotel with first class rooms and run by a fantastic team who know the area well and have great recommendations. They really could not do enough for us. Perfectly situated in the heart of Paddington, a stones throw from the city in one direction and Bondi Beach in the other. This hotel really made our weekend in Sydney. Cannot recommend highly enough.

I stayed at Mrs. Banks for two nights on a business trip and I have to say that it is one of the nicest hotels I have stayed for a very long time and I am a member of several hotel rewards clubs. From the moment I arrived until the moment I left, the staff could not have been more helpful. ||I was meeting a friend for dinner on the second night and asked for assistance from the front desk staff on the Sunday night to give me some recommendations for restaurants in the Sydney CBD. I returned from a walk and not only was I presented with list of ten recommendations, the staff member had them waiting in a web browser to show me.||The room was spacious and well equipped and the bed comfortable.||I would definitely stay here again and forego my hotel club rewards.||10/10 would recommend.

This cute little gem of a hotel in Paddington is close to the SCG and Alliance Stadium. The staff are super friendly, there are only about 30 rooms and ours was spotless. Little extras like help yourself coffee and snacks. Lots of great eateries and shops nearby in this lovely area of Sydney. I thoroughly recommend.

Dylan is super delightful assisted me with tips of Paddington dining , how to get to the event we were attending, parking info and went above and beyond by grabbing me a pastry and some fruit for my long journey home on the train . I’ve worked in the hotel industry and when you see someone who is professional but still makes it a personalised positive stay its really lovely .
Beds are so comfy , coffee and T2 tea is stellar and the Paddington area is great . We will be back 🙂

Boutique Hotel situated in Paddington ,Clean fresh moderm soundproofed rooms .All rooms nonsmoking ,usb ports ,free Wi Fi comfy queen size bed.The staff are friendly, attentive ,have excellent local knowledge .Because of size no long waiting time when checking in or out. Easy walking distance to shops and eaterys .Only a10 minute walk to Sydney Cricket Ground.
Bus Stop at the front of hotel makes going to City or Bondi easy
From now on our only place to stay in Sydney.

Had a fantastic stay at Mrs Banks Hotel! Check-in was fuss-free. The room was small but perfectly finished, creating a cozy and elegant space. The bed was incredibly comfy. The room was super clean and quiet also. Highly recommend for a charming, comfortable stay in Paddington.

Very nice stay in this charming hotel.
