While getting CDC and council approvals is never expected to be a fun experience, Sam and Tish both made the experience trouble free and worthwhile having included both a swimspa and house mounted pergola to the approval process.

Swimspa Approvals was recommended for our swimspa installation approval and so glad we used them. Sam and his team worked with us through the CDC (Compliant Development Certificate) approval process and although challenging due to various compliance requirements, the Swimspa Approvals team achieved in a short period what could have taken months not to mention the frustration.

My advice to anyone wanting their compliance certificate, contact and be patient as Sam and his team complete their pre-assessment process to ensure they guide you correctly and can deliver what you want.
