Cafe in a great location in Maroubra. Fair amount of indoor seating.

Nice, healthy menu. I had the brekkie bowl and unfortunately, it was pretty bland - unseasoned rice and tinned beetroot. Although a friend had the halloumi salad and it looked delish, perhaps I just didn't put in the right order.

Coffee was decent, service was friendly.

Food was good and just only 1 staff whose service was the only good thing in that place.
The coffee was a fail, might as well just serve water. The feedback that was given wasn’t even considered or acknowledged. Just a big L ?

The food was enjoyable, but the service left much to be desired. Customer feedback was ignored, and the staff at the coffee machine appeared visibly grumpy. The owner even yelled at staff in front of customers, which was quite unprofessional.

Although the location is ideal for a good breakfast and coffee, the overall experience was spoiled by poor customer service. There are better options in the area for those seeking a more pleasant experience.

Terrible dinner - breakfast/lunch might be better. Ordered a medium rare steak, was completely over done/welldone. Side of vegetables were barely cooked, almost raw, however the broccoli was boiled to the point of literal mush. Mushroom sauce was the only redeeming quality. They also had issues when we tried to pay at the end, couldn’t find the order etc, took ages for us to pay up.

A brunch restaurant on the beach, very happy to eat at the beginning. But I didn't expect the service and food to be so bad. The hash browns went moldy, then we negotiated with the staff, but they passed the buck saying it wasn't his. Originally we did not want to manage, but did not expect they had such a bad attitude, we asked for a refund, when the checkout staff directly said: we cannot make sense, but fine! This tone and attitude made me even more angry that the restaurant was so bad ?. Shame on you!!!How can you say this?

We really enjoyed this place. I had the grilled chicken burger with salad and a chocolate shake. My wife had the grilled Barramundi with fries and a mango/orange frappe'. We received our order fairly quickly. Our food was very flavorful and very fresh and the staff was friendly.

Fantastic service, decent portions, good coffee, crispy chips. Even when it’s really busy they don’t skimp on service or quality (although the fish could have included another piece). Often come here on a public holiday and think it’s the best value cafe at Maroubra Beach (even with the surcharge). Steak sandwich uses scotch fillet beef. All salads were fresh too. Yummy chips and they don’t charge extra for tomato sauce!
