Great venue where we attended our Art masterclass to design Turkish lamps. Creative morning in a creative space. Easy parking and EV bays. Look forward to the next class, perhaps some ceramic bowl painting...

Spent a couple of hours at the Payneham Community Centre on Sunday at a painting class. The centre is an obviously old building repurposed as a Community Centre, it was clean and tidy and had basic facilities. It is on a very busy road which does not allow you to notice there is a car park just past the building (on the Port Rush Rd side of the building as you are driving along Payneham Rd). FYI, there is a sweet grassy space with covered seating/bbq area and playground behind the centre.

An excellent place to book and host a meeting for a small fee — not an easy thing to find when most bookable spaces seem to be either halls or workstations. Sue has been so helpful to me!
