Our family had a very good experience in this place, environment is amazing and the house is really nice and clean. We had an incredible stay at this B&B with our kids! The property is not only stunning but also kid-friendly, providing a safe and enjoyable environment. The rooms were spacious, and the attention to detail in the decor made our stay even more delightful. The hosts went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and the amenities for children, including a play area and thoughtful touches, made this a perfect family getaway. Beautiful and elegant property tastfully renovated without loosing its charm. Every nook and corner was beautiful. Eventhough we went in wet and cold weather the house made us feel warm and was welcomed with a gorgeous breakfast spread. A charming little house in the middle of a vineyard. Host Vicky was very thoughtful and organised everything to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Heated bedding was amazing in the cold weather. Stunning kitchen with everything you need was provided. Very clean bathroom and the fire place was the highlight. We are so happy that we booked this gem happily come back again. Thank you Vicky for everything the instructions about the house was simple and well thought.

We spent a lovely weekend in “The Other House”. It’s well located in the Adelaide Hills just behind Mt Lofty and within easy drive to Stirling and many other towns. The house has been beautifully renovated and is exceptionally clean, quiet and comfortable. Vicki had thought of everything to make us feel at home, even breakfast provisions and some treats! There’s under cover parking, a full laundry & kitchen, BBQ and more. Contact and check in was easy. Its an ideal place to stay in the Adelaide Hills.

STUNNING.. couldn’t recommend this property more. Stayed over the Xmas break. It was comfortable, clean and beautiful.
It’s hidden away in the Adelaide Hills, but only a short drive away to a vast range of pubs, wineries and food spots.
The house is quiet, perched on a hill with great views. The host was so very accommodating and helpful.
It was such a great spot for a get away!!
Will be coming back for sure!!

The Other House looked great online, but in reality was a huge disappointment. We were charged an extra $90 for two children per night because children cost a lot for cleaning ?. The breakfast for two days was nowhere near enough - a few eggs and four tomatoes- for a family for two days, no bacon at all. The platter on arrival was disappointing- a small bunch of grapes and a few biscuits and a bottle of their own wine. You pay premium price to stay here- at the very least the food should be delicious and generous. Everything about the place was tight. You are reminded how kind they were to provide shampoo, but they charge $80 extra if you are a wedding party because of the cleaning. The meanness and tightness just ruined the experience. The house was immaculately clean and well appointed. But being slugged an extra $90 per night for two kids left us with a bad taste- it would not have cost one cent extra for those kids. we left the house as we found it. We would have loved to go for a walk, but because the house was right on the road and again, more rules about walking in the vineyards there was no where to go. Would not recommend.

Vicki is a fantastic host with great communication. Everything about the Other House is ideal - this is our 3rd stay and not our last. The serenity is perfect but you do need a car.
