We stayed in room 3 and adored our 3 nights there. Being end of winter, it was super cosy thanks to the gas fireplace and enormous bath tub. During the sunny days, it was beautiful to leave the balcony doors open and wander out to see what was happening outside.
The hotel is just down the street from the main drag of Stirling (a delightful little village) and has solid dining options from the restaurant to the cellar/patisserie. The kitchenette for guests to share, complete with oven and microwave was also great for the time we didn't feel like dining out (throw a pizza from the patisserie in the oven!).
Highly recommend for a romantic weekend away in the hills.

Stayed for 4 nights at the Stirling and the experience was very positive. Staff were friendly and helpful, the dining options downstairs were excellent (also for a cheeky late night tipple), and the room size/ amenities could not be faulted. Thanks team for an excellent base for our SA holiday.

Just enjoyed a 2 night getaway here. Luxurious accommodation, king size bed, master controls including gas-fired fireplace, huge bathroom, loads of towels, loads of space plus downstairs a fantastic bistro, bar and dining experience with friendly staff an extensive wine list and a fantastic location. Get in here people !

Lovely romantic getaway! Our stay in Room 3 exceeded our expectations- cozy fireplace, coffee on the balcony, smart tv we could watch our Prime and Netflix accounts on, pod coffee, T2 tea, continental breaky, board games use, huge bath and shower, nice staff, great dinner at the restaurant, $20 drinks voucher- we were very pleased with our stay and would stay again for a winter treat.

Room 2 was tidy and clean. Cosy, comfortable and had everything we needed.
The pillows are so soft they wrap around your head.
Continental Breakfast was sufficient. The morning newspaper was a nice touch.
Note that it is next to the carpark and the supermarket delivery area. A sleep in isn't possible with the truck reversing beepers and whatnot.
The hotel below is busy - if you want a party vibe for a weekend or overnight stay then this is the place for you.

Stayed at room 4 for 2 nights, steam room & fireplace with cozy chairs are definitely a big plus/highlight! Balcony is with dividers between room 3-5, so it's private ish - its nice place chilling. Also the $20 voucher was nice gesture and quickly used 🙂
Room 4 is right across to the communial kitchenette which would had slightly "ding ding" noise when ppl making brekkie in the morning..not the best if you were planning on sleeping over 8am, but no a problem at all other times.
Only thing is a bit disappointed is that no staff could be found on the whole floor when check out, waited/searches around for 15mins & had to leave the key with kitchen staff.. ( it might be good to have a secured check out box for guests to drop their keys.. at least that way ppl know what to do instead of searching for staff to pass onto the key or leave on counter unattended..)
All in all, very Happy with stay, quite cozy place with restaurant underneath with great range of seating indoor or outdoor, big plus!

All good, but only one thing which is the high-back chair is some kind of uncomfortable and my neck was a bit sore next day.
