We would stay again. Perhaps that's the best reference. It's tired, there is no doubt, but the room was totally adequate and the bed was really comfortable. Housekeeping everyday and towels/ bedlinen of a high standard. Our room was quiet ( not on Flinders Street but not sure how that would affect things) and we were able to open all the windows which was brilliant. Good access to Rundle Street and Hutt Street for meals. 10-15 minute walk to Rundle Mall. We really have nothing to complain about. Staff were helpful. It's not staffed 24/7.

The pool closes from April to September but that wasn’t on the website. We only booked so we could enjoy the heated rooftop pool and it was closed. Room had a see through blind and no curtains so street light made it hard to sleep.
Lighting in the bathroom was so bad I had to hold the torch up so my husband could shave. Never again.

Cheap Friday night didn't know what to expect.
Location good free parking after 6pm till 8am.
Would be great when Fringe and Gluttony is on.
Comfortable bed
Negative comments- TV is not smart, no usb ports.
Had I brought my charger and portable speaker this would not have been an issue.

Recently stayed here and went to make myself a coffee only to find the coils in the kettle were covered in specs of green mold. The towel rack is just sitting on a screw so fell off and dropped my towel on the wet floor. Feel like I'm staying next to a train line with the constant rumble of the whole room. There was no proper quilt just a cheap one chucked inbetween 2 flat sheets as to look like it's got a cover on it. Out of all the little items like shampoos and conditioners I didn't expect to get a sewing kit instead of a tooth brush or tooth paste. Exhaust fan is horrid, everything in the bathroom will become wet after a warm shower. NO ROBES Also the placement of the toilet roll holder will have you cramping in both shoulder blades just grabbing toilet paper🤦🏻‍♀️ bathroom tap is also hanging by a thread.

Really disappointing stay.. not disclosing that the pool has been out of action for months despite advertising a pool being available. They also advertised robes but there were none to be found. Front counter staff were never there. Power was dodgy.
Room is a nice size but definitely wouldn’t stay again.

Great value for money, the staff have been wonderfull, friendly and kind.
The rooms are clean and well presented, feels quite luxuary.
I will stay here again next time! 🙂

The only down side was the pool not in use during the time of my stay.

First of all, I can never fault the staff! Customer service was really good. We were initially given room 101, and the moment we opened the door we immediately ran back out because it STANK that bad. We requested to move rooms, and that seemed to be a bit better, however, the following day, when we looked up, there seems to be some form of mold build up from the moisture in the bathroom - no ventilation in bathroom. I think the hotel needs to have mold checks. 🙁
