We stayed 2 nights at a cost of $490.00. Location is great and staff very friendly, but for the price, what a absolute rip off. With the temperatures being over 38 degrees and the air-conditioning only working intermittently made for a very unpleasant stay. After 2 nights of no sleep we will never be back. Before you all ask yes we did advise staff that it wasn't working.
Stay away from here for $245.00 per night biggest rip off ever.

The price was good but Dearer than a more modern and fully renovated equivalent motel in the same suburb. The key points about this property which were negative which are it needs a renovation in particular the bathrooms and showers are very dated. our shower had cracked glass. The rooms if in the rear of the building alongside the car park you’ll find yourself waking up early when other guests are leaving to go as they pull their suitcases along the driveway to their in cars at the early hours of the morning.
Also you are most likely hear other guests within your room when they use their bathrooms as the water pipes flow through the roof cavities. The television was a 32 inch which had a remote control that was best used. If you were only inches away from it we replaced the batteries twice but it didn’t make it any better.
The only positives are that if you want to be close to O’Connell Street in North Adelaide it’s one of the options, but sadly it’s a bit expensive considering it’s not renovated unlike another motel we stayed at last week and will return to next week. (we stay in North Adelaide for work every week so we experience each of the accommodation options in North Adelaide until we find which we will book regularly with.

Main bed mattress was far too soft, and so were the pillows. Rooms have no view. Windows cannot be opened (no balcony). Motel is directly under flight path. The price I paid was higher than the listed price on the website. motel seems to be saving money by not running the aircon in hallways.

a perfectly decent room, but it would be nice if they turned on the aircond BEFORE guests arrive. And no microwave. The other Comfor Inn Nth Adelaide is better (and has views)

The location of the Comfort Inn is appealing and it is a very close walk to all the main eating establishments on O’Connell Street.||The rooms are very clean however, the hotel itself is very dated and requires some refurbishment.||The bed is very comfortable.||Negatives include: |- Being on a direct flight path to Adelaide airport|- Car park security lighting that comes on when someone enters the car park and illuminates the room like the Adelaide Oval|- Corridor lighting also remained on all night adding to the light infiltration|- Hotel check-in was absurd, taking over 15 minutes despite previously having booked the room|- Arrived at the hotel at 1pm and was told that the room would not be ready until 2pm. Returned at 2pm and was 3rd in line to check-in and it took 15 minutes per customer|- Room fan switch broken and could not be used|- Air conditioner leaked water onto a suitcase on the baggage shelf||Will not be returning to this accommodation.

Staff were very helpful on check in.
Beds quite comfortable too.

Plenty of places to get meals nearby, too.
Quiet street ( Thursday evening).
A little noise from the occasional planes flying overhead ...but then again it's not that far from the airport

Only thing was base sheet didn't fit king bed and no dishwashing liquid to clean dishes we could only rinse.

We had a great night's sleep here in one of the Comfort Inn's beautifully renovated rooms. Tasteful, warm lighting, a neat and useful kitchenette, plus a clean and well-supplied bathroom. The lobby vending machine is very reasonably priced, far better than having an overpriced minibar in the rooms!
