I live in a big US city. I was surprised at how quiet this hotel was at night. This old building is built so solidly that next door rooms are even quiet. I loved the kitchen, and outdoor patios plus the large comfortable indoor lounge rooms. The staff were professional and polite. Easy walk to free public transport. Great cafes and restaurants within a few blocks. Pet friendly too !

Friendly and welcoming staff both on arrival and departure. The room was spotlessly clean, which I really appreciated. The only downside for me was the bed — it was a bit too firm for my liking, though others may prefer it that way. I’ve stayed here before and will happily return again.

I enjoyed my stay at Adabco Boutique Hotel it is a lovely old hotel with lots of character. The Queen room was spacious, Use of the shared kitchen on each floor was a good advantage. I think this hotel is good value for money and in a great location with nice quiet outdoor sitting areas.

Overall good hotel to stay when you visit Adelaid. The architecture reminded us hotels in Italy. Also, the amenities provided were very useful. Specially the cooking and dining area provided for the inhouse guests. ||Since this is a city hotel no view from the room but for busy traveler's it is ok.

The Adabco Boutique Hotel is a little gem in the heart of Adelaide. Housed in a beautiful old building it is a wonderfully comfortable place to stay and is centrally located, close to everything you might need or want. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Being in an older building there are some things that need a bit of an update but that doesn’t detract from what is a terrific little place to stay.

Pet friendly in the middle of the city! Great hotel!

Liked · We were on road tour from Sydney and stayed at motels that accepted our dog. I felt a bit hesitant to book a hotel in the middle of CBD for us and the dog. I was so wrong. The hotel was extremely comfortable and welcoming to us with the our dog. The room was spacious, the beds were great. And most importantly, we could walk the city centre easily from our hotel. We will certainly return when we are in Adelaide again.

Disliked · We were luck to stay over the weekend, so we could leave the car street parked for free until Monday early morning. When I took the dog out in the morning, I had to start paying. During weekdays it would have been expensive. Adelaide looks spacious enough to have some hotel parking available. But this is not a big issue.

Lovely rooms clean. Communal kitchen fantastic idea if you want to eat in. Easy walking distance to central Adelaide. Only downside is metered street parking but being so close to city I guess unavoidable.
