We paid for the room $162, we went into the room 115 to be precise and we walked straight back out and back to reception and asked for our money back, this room was disgusting, the carpet was black , but it wasn't black carpet, the room was dusty and dirty and smelt like fresh air had not been in there for a while, the bathroom was mouldy the skirting boards were literally falling off the walls. The lady in reception actually tried to defend the room saying she had been into most of them when my wife asked her to go with her to look for herself. We are generally easy to please but that room was a shocker. We did get our money back and found another place around the corner for $3 more but it was 300 times better. Would not recommend this place.

Old and tired, the site is obviously just sitting there waiting to be redeveloped into apartments. I had stayed there years ago and liked the location however no money looks to have been spent on it in decades! The air-conditioning didn't work in the first room I was given and they had trouble finding me an alternative room as most of the rooms hadn't been cleaned from the night before. Gave it two stars rather than one as the bed was comfortable. Very expensive for what you get, i.e. no dally room servicing, no hair dryer as examples.

Pillows are full, mattress has lost all firmness. Shower is useless, no water pressure as it feeds from one tank and no hot water. Mirror in the bathroom has the look of a transport cafe toilet. Doors rotting from the bottom up. Aircon new. TV new. I would not book again. $570 for three nights a rip off. Rooms not serviced unless your stay 7 days or more. Not a good look for the interstate visitors. Plus, side staff very friendly and helpful. I think the hotel is looking forward to being pulled down!!!!

Do not stay at this hotel if I could give it zero I would
When you have to pour boiling water over the toilet cistern to flush it because of the lovely pink mould on the buttons. Shower curtain was stuck together with mould.
The whole unit was filthy, Carpet was so filthy I didn’t want to take my shoes off.
And after my morning shower I had to put thongs on to talk on the carpet as it was sticky 🤢

The Reception staff were very nice and friendly. The room however was awful and dirty and obviously very old. I get that it is an old venue but that does not excuse the lack of cleanliness there was a dead bug behind the front door and the mold stains in the bathroom and the general disrepair was very unacceptable.

Pink and black mould throughout bathroom, water damage on ceiling, filthy walls and chunks missing from the bedhead. We ended up using our own camping supplies to disinfect bathroom before use. Kettle malfunctioned (boiled over when it wasn't full!) and insufficient safe access to power points. Would not recommend. Also no way to contact staff without walking to reception and no support after 8pm when we had another guest blaring music. Appalling. Will not return.

The Lady at reception was Lovely. Great Location
Very old rooms and depressing.
Car Park on upstairs side dirty and stairwell inside dirty.
No Cafe there anymore so pictures not up to date.

We stayed here for one night to celebrate our anniversary and where do we begin. I emailed them once, got a reponse and then no reponse after that. False advertising in there site and third parties sites. After reading all the reviews all our complaints were in them. Surprisingly the hotel has not been investigated by a hotel ombudsman department. I will be investigated where I can complain about this hotel about it's poor supplying of comfortable, safe and clean rooms. It seems that there is a lack of concern, pride and dignity from this place. No point in saying the issues and giving ratings in this review as 90 percent of them are saying the same thing for at least last 3 to 5 years. If you lucked a booking, hats off to you but seem that most of the time it seems as long as they have your money that don't give a ****. I won't be recommending this place to no one and I'm going to do my hardest to share this hotel's bad practises. Please join me in stopping this hotel in taking people's hard earnt money thinking they are staying at a excellent hotel. Next time I think it be more pleasurable camping in
a storm. It's a zero rating. Only had to pick a one rating to post this.
