I made a last minute call today for my haircut and George was kind enough to find me a quick time slot. Tam did an amazing job with my long hair and asked my opinion at every appropriate stages. Final result : Beautiful layers and bangs! And a pretty smooth looking blow dried hairstyle. Everyone was friendly and I would definitely recommend them. Thank you George and team! 😊✨

My hair was so dry and grown out from living in the bush for 6 months, came here and had a 3/4 head highlights and cut. Best I’ve ever had. Lana did my hair so well it’s never felt or looked better. Such a transformation, in a lovely warm and welcoming salon. I would recommend to anyone.

I contacted Madame Josephine's after seeing fabulous reviews on Google and Facebook... I wanted to go from Deep Violet, both boxed and salon coloured, to a light colour that could hide my greys better...
I was not disappointed! George was a spry older gent, with the manners and grace of people that don't seem to exist anymore...
And the lovely Tam... What a gift she has! She transformed my hair over an entire day, explaining each step as she went, with humour and wit! I chatted and laughed with Tam, Lana and George, their sweet apprentice Jasmine and other clientele that popped in and out all day...
It wasn't just a transformation of my hair, their gorgeous personalities lifted my mood too, and all at a great price, considering everything my fine hair needed to survive the transformation...
I wish I wasn't visiting from Sydney and was living in beautiful Adelaide, just so I could keep coming to visit these guys, to do my hair and to just say hi...
Tam also gave me all the info I needed to upkeep my hair in the future and said I could call her anytime for tips...
I might just call to say hi, she was so gorgeous!

absolutely terrible! i have had my hair done previously there by tam and i loved it so much i went in today and showed the exact same inspirational pictures and they were far from what i wanted i left with hair that felt like straw and it was yellow i had to stop on the way home and get toner beacuse i am not happy with it whatsoever i will never be coming back and will not reccomend to anyone anymore! its spotty there are bleach spots everywhere she burnt my head and top of my face from the bleach and i drove over an hour to go to this salon because i loved it so much the first time she was rough blow drying my hair she caught my necklace and ear percings endless times if i could leave it a 0 star i would.
