Had 80 units of masseter Botox here and saw no result after 2 weeks. I've done this for years with a lower-tier Chinese brand and always saw results. This time, with American Botox, nothing changed. Was told by another nurse when I returned for a check(as my original nurse was on training interstate.), it might be Botox resistance, which doesn't add up given my 3 times of usage history of the brand. I'm not satisfied with the explanation. Deeply disappointed. I personally won't recommend this clinic - I feel there may have been a mistake that they're not taking accountability for. Weeks later, the original nurse finally texted me, asking if I wanted to come in again—but by then, I could still feel my masseter moving noticeably. What do you think? Should I go back the store and check?

The service was just ok. i would give them 5/10.
at initial consultation i was not given any suggestion. booked me in for iv drip. i have not seen any results even after 1 week. though i have had it before from a different practice and was very happy with my scars fading right away. i can not notice even 1% difference since i have had from bala bala. i was not attended after the drip finished. the nurse just went out after taking out the drip. All they were interested was me booking next one. did not bother to ask me how am i feeling if i have any concerns . i just came out. they are charging more than the others so i was expecting better service
