A friend shouted me a massage with Shino and it was absolutely lovely. I'd never had an ayurvedic massage before (but I do love massages in general) and I found it to be very enjoyable, and equally importantly, very effective at relaxing all my sore, knotted muscles. Shino is a delightful, gentle person so the tea and chat afterward (with much laughter) was a nice way to finish off before the drive home. Highly recommended!

Shino's gift with massage is a powerful and enriching experience that everyone should schedule into their routines on a semi-regular basis to rejuvenate themselves.

Massages generally take a couple of hours and then you are likely to feel pretty blissed out for a couple of hours after that (don't forget to drink water and rehydrate). I also experienced very deep sleep on the nights after my massages. I suggest getting your massage on a day off and take it easy for the rest of the day after a session with her.

Her studio is set amongst the trees and chirping birds in beautiful leafy Stirling. Parking available. She also sells some tasty organic Ayurvedic teas which I love to drink and have given away as gifts.

I really enjoy the hot shower after the massage and the organic soaps Shino has on offer in the guest shower. I always go home feeling incredibly cleansed.

I have also bought gift vouchers for this business for friends and family and they enjoyed it as much as me.

Shino's 90 minute abhyangam is wonderful- I feel completely refreshed, rejuvenated and rebalanced every single time. Shino is very attuned to what each body and personality requires and she gives great advice about how to balance the doshas through the seasons. The setting in Stirling is beautiful.
