Endota North Adelaide offers an amazing range of beauty services. Online booking a little tedious as it required registration and a 50% deposit. Express facial and massage experience with Selina was excellent. Modern salon really clean and clutter free. Definitely recommended 👌

I booked the Surrender Package at Endota Spa North Adelaide, which is advertised as a 75-minute treatment, but I was only treated for 60 minutes. I wasn’t massaged until roughly 12.20pm and was getting dressed again an hour later. Although my friend and I weren’t early, we arrived right on time for our appointment. And at no point were we informed that our treatment time would be shortened because of it — a courtesy I would have expected from a professional spa.

On top of that, the back massage portion of the package felt rushed and far from relaxing. The masseuse was quite rough, and there was little attention to the flow or care you’d expect in a spa experience of this price and reputation.

My friend and I were in the same room. It was a small room and my friend’s masseur couldn’t get to the side of her bed without hitting her bed. For a $200 package it didn’t feel relaxed.

Clearer communication and more consideration for customer experience is needed. We are quite disappointed.

I was so disappointed with my deluxe manicure. I was cut twice (once quite badly) when the person was cutting my cuticles. They were cut back too far on many fingers which made them sting for a few days. The nail polish job was worse than what a child could do. Bubbles and bumps everywhere, parts of the nail missed and, after 5 days, two nails have already completely come off. I still have scabs from the cuts. The overall experience was relaxing (except for when I was cut) but, after submitting feedback and hearing nothing back, I would not go there again. I would have had a better experience at a cheap nail salon. I thought it was going to be a lovely treatment, especially with the price, but I left with damaged hands and terrible nails. I was very disappointed.

I’m writing to share some feedback following my recent visit for a Pregnancy Pause treatment, as unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations — particularly considering the premium nature of the service and cost.

We were asked to arrive by 11:45am for a 12:00pm appointment, but due to traffic and parking, we arrived right at 12:00pm. One of our group arrived slightly earlier and advised your team that the rest of us were just minutes away. All four of us were present by 12:05pm at the very latest, yet only two were taken through promptly, while the remaining two were left waiting until at least 12:20pm before our treatments began.

For 2 of our treatments were booked and paid for as 75-minute sessions, but they lasted only around 55–60 minutes. There was no clear communication that a timely arrival would affect treatment time, and your website’s FAQs state that the suggested 15-minute early arrival is intended for relaxation and a cup of tea, not as a requirement to receive the full service duration.

Additionally, the room arrangement for the shared treatment was suboptimal. The space was clearly not suitable for two therapists and two beds. While I understand being in a shared room for treatment lengths, the setup compromised both privacy and comfort. I was seated facing my friend during her massage while I received the foot spa, which felt quite inappropriate. My therapist also struggled with space, bumping into the bed frequently when trying to properly access one side of it, which affected the quality of the massage. The facial component felt rushed and was not particularly relaxing.

To add to the discomfort, after the treatment I found my robe had been removed from the room. When I asked for another so I could change with more privacy as there was 2 of us in the room, I was told I didn’t need one and should just get dressed. This made me feel quite uncomfortable and was not the level of care or attentiveness I would expect from a wellness spa.

I also overheard that a staff member had called in sick, and the team was “scrambling,” as your receptionist shared with another client. I fully understand that unexpected staffing issues can arise, but I believe this seemed to impact our experience quite significantly, both in terms of the room arrangement and the treatment duration.

Given the nature of the service and the cost involved, I left feeling quite disappointed and undervalued as a client.

My treatment at Endota Spa today was so good. The staff are always lovely, with my therapist doing a fantastic job. I enjoyed every minute - loved it!

Walking into Endota Spa is like walking into a calming oasis. From the moment you walk in and experience the mood lighting, lovely smells and calming tea on the comfortable lounge you're already halfway to relaxation. After your treatment you'll wonder why you waited so long to feel so good! Lovely staff.

I was very disappointed with my Grounding Spa Treatment appointment. The person providing my treatment had a cold and was constantly sneezing and sniffling quite intensely which was not professional and very off-putting. I booked my appointment to have a "medium" pressure massage but only received a very light massage. Maybe this was due to the fact the lady performing the treatment had such long fake nails that she couldn't use her fingers properly. I booked this appointment to have relief provided to sore feet and calf muscles but that did not happen. My calf muscles and legs were given minimal attention. I also asked for a brown polish but came out with a dark pink polish.
This appointment was overpriced and I won't come back to Endota. I have had better treatments and massages at other nail salon places that took less time and a fraction of cost.

Isabella was absolutely amazing, came in to use a gift voucher and absolutely loved the experience - she was super friendly and educated on skincare, I was so relaxed the entire time and my skin looks and feels so much better already. I’ll be returning!! Thanks so much xx
