Called up Sunday afternoon for my first time visiting and Brough my girlfriend. Was able to get straight in and was offered a shared room at no extra cost! Massage was great and left me feeling very relaxed. Super surprised to be greeted with tea in a waiting area before we left. A wonderful all round experience with kind people.

I’ve been going here for over a year now and they are the best massage treatments I’ve ever had. The room has a nice ambience and the beds are wider than others, fully adjustable and very comfortable. Michelle is an absolute professional and knows all the areas of my body that need work and is helping me to manage my symptoms as well as providing me with expert care. The first couple of times I have been here I could fault the service, however today it all changed, I felt like I was unwelcome there, starting with the booking , I requested to be booked over the phone for an hour, but only was only booked for 45 minutes today. And widen I got there the vibe I got from the therapist was I should leave because I was wasting her time. While I was in the room she claimed I had a missed appointment which I am positive I didn’t, also she kept repeating about the cancellation window and charges. Although my body felt better afterword in my gut I had doubts about going there. If I could give zero stars or take stars away I would.
