Bought a swim spa from these guys a few years back..
buying something like this is a reasonable outlay of money so we were cautious and did a lot of research.. hence I wanted to write this review to help others.
The product we bought from affordable spas was well better than what we expected
We have been very happy with the quality even years later.
We have had some minor issues in the time we have had it but the team have always been there to help us and it has been no trouble at all.
These guys sell an Australian made product that is awesome quality and they back it up with awesome after sales and warranty service.
If you are thinking about a spa I can highly recommend these guys you will be in good hands.

We had a chap come out to look at our spa pump. Pulled it apart and found a ceased up bearing. Put it back together and didn't do the bolts or screws up properly. Had water going everywhere. Also now have a new leak elsewhere that wasn't there before. Called the office and was told we would get a call back. Didn't happen.
Don't waste your money on them.

Exceptionally good customer service. We were given false promises by another company in SA and when we approached Affordable Spas the experience was very different. Rodney and Gary, the owners of Affordable Spas, ensured that we were kept informed at all times and the order and delivery process happened within only 2 weeks!

They recommended to us the wooden cabinet for the Workout Saphire Spa and we were so glad we went with their advice. It looks great. Installation went well. Both the Crane driver from Fleurieu Cranes and Affordable Spas were prompt and very professional.
We highly recommend Affordable Spas as the Distributor for Saphire Spas, an Australian made (VIC) good quality swim spa.
Don't go anywhere else!

We went to Affordable Spa's to purchase a new spa, but were very sad to hear that we couldn't get hold of one, due to the Covid purchase frenzy for about a year. Unfortunately we needed to buy one as recommended by my Husband's Specialist for his back. We ended up finding a immaculate second hand Sapphire Spa online. We went back to Rodney and explained to him that we were going to take this road and he was incredible. He looked up the previous owners details, told us all that needed to be known about the spa, even though we had the instructions from the lovely people we bought it from. Went through how we should maintain it and what to do if we had any issues. We were blown away by his kindness. We have bought our chemicals and replacement filters from him and will continue to do so, due to his willingness to help, even though there was nothing in it for him. Having said that though, we are looking to upgrade to a swim spa when they become easier to get and Affordable Spa's will be our first port of call. Such a great representative of Sapphire Spas, which is an incredible product. - Thank you to you and your team Rodney.
