Worst massage experience I have ever had. On entering shop staff were disinterested and rude. Price went up $20 on their advertised price. Went next door to what was also their shop (I didnt know at the time). Had to wait for another massuer to arrive after they said she was there so massage started later. Massage was poorly done with no discussion on how I needed it done. Staff member kept stopping, I later realised because she was getting on her phone. Full body massage was not full body and most areas done without oil. Very doubtful thst she had any training.

Got a voucher for my wedding anniversary for a 90 minute massage and spa. 60 minutes full body massage and 30 minutes spa time.
Massage was just right, girl asked if I wanted harder or softer but she was just doing it how I like it. Been a hot day it was a little warm in the room but I guess on most days it would be perfect. Some music in the room would be good as well.
Room was clean got a bottle of water and some little snacks. Double spa was perfect especially for a 6’2 guy like myself.
Will come again and recommend anyone looking for relaxing time

WARNING! Stay away from this place, they are scammers!
Walked past this place after a whole day of walking on a holiday in Adelaide. Should’ve walked out on the first red flag when they tried to charge me more than was advertised, but ended up buying a 1 hour massage for me and my partner. I wasn’t told beforehand that there were no female therapists available. The therapist (doesn’t deserve to be called that) had absolutely no clue of what he was doing. The room was cold and the oils had no smell whatsoever as didn’t the room. In the middle of the “session”, his phone rings and he leaves the room to answer the phone. Complete disaster.
My partner didn’t have better luck. His therapist also didn’t have the slightest idea of how to give a massage and kept leaving the room to serve customers at the front. Oh! Forgot to say that their sensor-door bell is LOUD. You can hear it from everywhere, constantly. It’s irritating. Please do yourself a favour and use your money better than I did.

I paid for the spa and massage package. I was shown in to the spa and had just finished getting changed into my swimsuit when the lady came back in unannounced and told me that swimsuits weren't allowed to be worn because they damage the spa! I didn't feel very comfortable but I'd already paid, so I took it off and got in to have my spa. She came back about half an hour later to tell me it was time for my massage but that no towels were available!! I asked why she hadn't told me that before I got into the spa but I was ignored. She hurried me, saying other people were waiting to use the spa, and told me to follow her to the massage room. Soaking wet, no towel and no clothes on! I had to walk past two other customers and then finally lay down for the massage, still being given no towel and no opportunity to cover up at all. It was a very strange experience. I've never been directed to take all my clothing off for a massage before. Just weird

One of the worst massages i have ever had, do not waste your money. After picking this one off the street for what i thought was a professional massage spa, $120 later for a massage which started with a lady rubbing me clearly no idea what she was doing to then have the supposed amazing manager come in to finish, also no idea what they where doing, also no questions or discussions as to what i was having done clearly no communication between the 2 while swapping over.
Not to mention being already undressed on the table to have the lady walk in with the eftpos trying to upsell me to a $170 massage before it had even begun. thank god i had the sense to say no to that.

It’s definitely one of the best spa I have been to. My partner spoiled me with a gift voucher to celebrate my birthday. I am very fussy about massages because I have back pain and very sensitive skin. I need my masseur to ready listen to what I want. The Asian lady who did my massage on the day was fantastic and went beyond my expectations. She told me she had over 5 years experience so she knew exactly what I want. The environment was also clean and welcoming. The spa is a plus. I will definitely go there again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Worst experience I’ve ever had. Was scammed and my belongings went missing!
I walked passed this place after struggling to find an open massage place in desperate need of a neck and shoulder massage. No one at the desk. Someone comes out on second press of their bell and I told her I wanted a 30 min neck and shoulder as per the price list (was supposed to be $60) She takes me into a room and I wait 10 or more minutes on the table for her to come back and she enters with the list and a card reader WHILE IM ON THE TABLE UNDRESSED. She then tells me that the massage I wanted isn’t available on Saturdays? And tried to hustle me for a $150 massage for 45 mins….I said no 5 or more times and she wouldn’t take it for an answer, I was so uncomfortable. I told her I can’t afford $150 so she says why not just tap and try? Then I say again no and she says she’ll take it down in price and then enters $175 on the card reader which I managed to see her do. When I called her out on it she said “you peak, you peak” …like she was aware she was caught trying to scam me (I should have left then and there but I was in so much pain and tired I wasn’t able to be too confrontational) in the end she still charged me more than the agreed price and I was so upset cos the massage was horrible and I knew straight away she was not a professional. Dug into my SPINE and now I’m in even more pain than before. And for the record I’m visibly disabled with a mobility aid and absolutely no care was taken.
