We ordered today vanilla and mocha. They told us it is only takeaway.

It is taste milk only unfortunately. I always order from different branches but my experience today was bad.

Wouldn’t recommend this place, should have listened to the other people who are warning on the reviews.
Dirty glasses and was served in a take-away cup for dine-in, also the coffee wasn’t that great for the ~$7 caramel latte.

Sam is a champion. Love all the staff and the coffee is always perfect. Been coming here almost 6 days a week for 2 years now and never had one issue. Perfect service and coffee everytime. They know my order as soon as I walk in the door. I'll be coming here for a long time.

Was the only cafe open when we visited and they were happy to accommodate our group. Friendly service, quick turnaround for our orders. Drinks were great across the board and everyone enjoyed their hot food items too.

It is what it is, don't expect the same level of care and attention you would expect at a third wave coffee place but if you want crazy flavour syrups and adult milkshakes there ain't much else. Is generally pretty clean and the staff though young are normally well presented and as polite as can be expected from the youth of today all in all it is what it is come in with reasonable expectations and you'll leave happy.

I have been to many Gloria Jeans coffee shops and this one makes by far the best coffees I've had, actually the best I've had anywhere. They get it perfect every time. Staff are always lovely and welcoming too.
